I know, don't be in shock, I'm done early today!:p

here's today's workout:

Jillian Michaels-iFit card-Lose Weight, Level1, week 2, Prgm.3= 20 min Powerwalk.
Calories burned= 231
Distance= 1.39 miles
BPM's after warm up= 135 (75%) to 145 (80%) of my max heart rate, in the zone. I was in the zone for 15 minutes.

Amy Bento's Kickbox Surge & Core Training= 71 intense minutes of sweating and fun!
Calories burned= 727
Great workout! I highly recommend this one!

Lauren Brooks-Ultimate Body Sculpt/Conditioning w/Kettlebells-Joint mobility warm up= 6 min
Quick Full body fat blast workout= 13 min. I used a 15lb kettlebell and it felt like light after doing STS! Before STS it seemed heavy, but not now. Total= 19 min.
Calories burned= 130. Very fun workout. So fast I can't believe it!

I definitely did a variety today of different workouts, it was very fun. Its cool to see how much improvement in stamina and strength from STS and what a difference its made. I love STS, it rocks!!!!

Karen- Let me know what you think of Powerstrike 5, I love kickboxing and love to find new fun great ones. I highly recommend Amy Bento's Kickboxing Surge & Core Training. Its really fun.
And I know you liked In the Ring, I did too, and the Medball in the core part is awesome.

Belinda- Good to see you doing 4DS-I have that one and really like it. I'll have to add that back into my workout rotation now that STS is finished. Its a keeper!

Debbie- Great workout today! Bravo on the biceps and triceps workouts, might use the cornpillows on those areas if still sore. I trust your shoulder is not bothering you now I hope. Abs are always tough I think, and I have forced myself into doing them everyday I workout which for me is six days a week. I'm always glad I did the ab work and now much to my chagrin I actually love doing ab work.

Patti- I haven't tried that one from Tracey Stahle. I only have one of her DVD's and its Strikezone, which is awesome, I sweated buckets. I hope she does another one with Josef Mathews, that was a really cool one. I liked having a real Martial arts instructor in on the fun.

Wendy- I hope you had a great workout with MM. I like that one too. Ok, so I'm a fan of all of Cathe's workouts:p, but still its a really good one to have.

Roxie- Becareful on those deltoid raises. I agree with Debbie, that your back shouldn't hurt on those. Maybe go lighter in weights on those, I would hate for you to pull a back muscle or something. Please be carefull.

Bev- WTG on 4DS Bootcamp and STS Ab circuits Pilates abs. Those are both great workouts. I like the variety on the AB circuits ab workouts.

Chris- Happy Anniversary! I hope your have a wonderful day and Yum! Steak dinner too! I'm envious!:D :)
