Crazy, strong and loving it for March!!

Good Afternoon,

DH and I went to the storage unit and got our hutch to put in the kitchen for more storage and then got the headboard and box springs for the spare bed when we get our new mattress we will put the other mattress in that room. I will do XT BS Bis&Tris.

Nora-I really should have done something KBXy last night I could have really used it. Thank you for your kind words I am trying to be patient.

Debbie-good job with runfit.

Chris-I am on the last week of the 90 day rotation and like you I am not ready to do another one I am going to do KCM next month.

Belinda-we have finally had 3 days of sunshine in a row and its suppose to get up in the 60's later this week.

Besides Cathe's DVDs (I have them all), I have over 200 dvds:rolleyes: Have not counted all of Cathe's and Insanity, Brazil Butt lift, P90X, Turbo Jam and Zumba from Beachbody. Oh I forget I am sure I forgort some. need to count them this week. Then I can give you an exact number:eek: DH's eye's popped out once he saw them all today. He didn't had a clue how many I actually have:p Well, neither did I:confused::eek: I am a little overwelmed with Xtrain, although I like having so many workout dvds. I think it's too many:( What do you think?


I did Turbo Jam = 20 min and Turbo abs = 20 min.

Chris - really? Need to check it out? Is it that 20 min one? Remember some of my order didn't show up. I am missing Punch, Kick and Jam. And the BONUS workout—Booty Sculpt + Abs.:confused: Not very happy about that. They did sent me Turbo Fire Keep on Burning' Greatest Hiit's. It's not what I wanted:confused:

BS Bis & Tris done my arms feel pumped.

Belinda-I think I have that many workouts. We haven't gotten our mattress yet it takes 2 weeks so I will let you know when we get it.
 
Today I did Karen Voights Yoga Sculpt. I did the 25 minutes yoga flow workout and then an ab workout she has on this DVD. It was ok. I didn't really feel it much, but glad I did it.

Roxie - like I said, haven't counted all Cathe's wo dvds, and all my Beachbody dvds yet. I forgot to add all my iTrain and Cardio Coaches. I will have a good idea later this week;) Good job on your Bi's and Tric's yesterday.

Debbie - good job on your yoga workout this morning. Did you order Cathe's new presale?

I didn't fall asleep until 6am and was awake by 7:45 I haven't slept more then 2 hours a night for the last 2 weeks I don't know what is wrong. TOM hit this morning and I am in alot of pain can't wait to get my BC pills refilled even if it does slow menopause down. I will try and do AOLI HiiT workout later plus some abs.

Debbie-good job with your workout.

Belinda-I guess we need variety in our workouts Xtrain is starting to bore me so I know I need something different.

I just finished today's workout and really glad I got it in. Feeling a little sore today because I fell yesterday so not feeling 100% and need to rest. Not sure if I can be back for personals but will try, no promises.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Combat- Combat 60 Live Ultimate Warrior= 60 Min
MV= 7.50
CB= 614

Les Mills Combat- Warrior 1 Upper Body Blow Out= 25 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 222

Total calories burned= 836;)

Today I did Xtrain's Burn Sets Bi's & Tri's too!!! Hi-5's Roxie! ... i also did Abs Circuits Stability ball abs.

Nora: You are addicted to Combat, huh? LOL! Nice job though. You burn a ton!!! Hope you are feeling better from the fall, though. ((hugs))

Belinda: Google Kickin Core. It was a bonus for Turbo Jam. I got it years ago, so I'm not sure if it was with all of the Turbo jams or what. It's about 45-50 minutes workout. It's cardio for about 40 minutes and then it does a good core workout with the ball. ... I probably have that many DVDs too. I don't even WANT to count them! LOL!

Debbie: I bet you are so toned from all that yoga, though! You've been doing it consistantly for a while!!! Do you feel an improvement in your balance and flexibility?

Roxie: Yucko on the cramps! Hope you get BCP script soon! ... Did you see KCM is making new workouts right now? I really like her!!!

Chris - had to google that one! The one in from Chalene Johnsons other Turbo Jam "Get on the Ball" series. I have Turbo Jam w/ Lern & Burn, Turbo Sculpt, 20 min Workout, Ab Jam and Cardio Party. Arrrr....now I want Get on the Ball too:confused: Good job on Xtrain Burn Set Bic & Tric. Did that one too today.

Nora - you really like Les Mill, LOL! WTG, girl.

I wasn't up to much so I did 35 mins on the TM it was better then nothing.

Chris-I accidentally pre-ordered 2 of them I only wanted the KBX on but ended up with Body Sculpt too.
 
Dang, I had one of the best cardio workouts in like forever. I really hit it hard today and I think today was my personal best with my running cardio. I chose Cardio Coach #6 with Candace and every challenge I did was at a faster pace then I've ever done them. I am really proud of myself. I'm actually really liking this running thing lately. This was beyond puke status, this was just one excellent workout. I feel awesome right now!

CARDIO STATS:

2 minutes below zone
17 minutes in zone
43 minutes above zone
534 calories burned
3.44 miles traveled


That is the most miles i've done on my treadmill in an hour ever. :eek: :)

Chris - Yes, definitely. I am much more flexible and when I look in the mirror I still see muscle and tone. That's a good thing. I've lost a lot of my size, but I don't care. I was getting too muscular anyways. I get bored with yoga, but I sure like how it makes me feel

Another night of no sleep some day I hope to catch up. I am suppose to do XT HS no conditioning but I might do KCM KBX instead. DH and I are going shopping this afternoon I bought boots on Monday and they are to big I guess I should have tried them on and we are going to look for boat material for the seats its about time to put her in the water again.

Debbie-glad you had a great workout it just makes you feel better.
 
I did XT HS and STS Med Ball Abs I am starting to feel the whole not sleeping thing I have a headache and my brain is fuzzy.

Never thought I would hear myself say this but its lightening and thundering out and pouring down rain what a beautiful day. I think I slept a little better last night but woke up with a migraine at 4 and couldn't go back to sleep I took a pill for it but it didn't help with sleep. I need a stretch today those med ball abs made me hurt and I need to do Supercuts but we will see I might do KCM instead.

Belinda-hope you get a good night sleep soon.
