Good morning girls,

Hope you all had a good night sleep? I sure didn't:( I had so much coffee, I am wired:p I already cleaned out 2 closets (in/out).

Since I have so much energy right now, I will start my cardio soon. Not sure what yet?

Heard back on the job - didn't get it. Seems every door I knock on lately gets slammed in my face.

Now I have to start all over again. I'm seriously sick of this!

Don't want to be a bummer so I will just go and read up on what you all have been doing. Hope you all have a great workout!
 
Good Morning,

I didn't get my workout in went to the dr. and by the time I got home DH called me so I was on the computer with him for 2 hrs. Doc put me on another antibiotic for ear infection only problem is its a cousin to penicillian and I am allergic to penicillian. I am hoping to be able to do crunches by the weekend. I don't know what I will get done tonite babysitting nephew tonite.

Debbie-sorry to hear about your bad luck things will turn around soon.
 
I managed Butts & Guts this morning, I seriously think that's my favorite of all of Cathe's workouts (aside from STS, that is). OWW! :)

Good luck with your day, hopefully it ends up better for some of you (Debbie, I don't know you yet but not getting a job you've been trying for is such a downer, it's impossible not to get your hopes up so when you get that kind of news, it always sucks so bad. I'm sorry!)

Belinda: Hope you find a good cardio to do to make use of all that energy!!! Coffee energy kind of sucks, though, because it's nervous energy (for me anyways).


Debbie: Sorry to hear about the job. Was it for BOTH jobs you applied for? ... I know it's hard, but sometimes it's all for a good reason. Twice, my husband got denied for a job he really wanted, and something better came along. it was hard to see it at the time, but it did happen.


Roxie: You got one big bad bug there, huh? Take care, and , you know, just throw in 10 or 20 minutes of something when you can. It doesn't have to be a long workout.


Nora: I'm really enjoying March Rotation. I started week #2 this week. Last week's was great though! ... I may sub in some runs for the cardio this week. It's very nice out!

Oh and for me, I have to go help out with my son's class in a few minutes. I'll come home, and instead of CCC, I'm going to do a warm up, and then abs, and then go for a run at the park! (I'd say 98% of the snow is gone and I can run in the fields/duck pond stairs, etc)

Debbie - so sorry to hear about the job. Just try to stay positive that the right job will come along at the right time. The job I have now, I applied for previously and didn't get. It was down to me and one other person. I cried I was so upset. 2 years later, the position (a 2nd one) opened and here I am. It'll happen. HUGS!

Belinda - want to come clean my house with all that energy???? LOL

Jessica - awesome job with B&G. I don't think I've ever done that one other than the premixes.

I've had some probs with upper upper upper hamstring area so I try to be careful how often I work legs. I've been wanting to add this one in though in a new rotation. Just got to come up with that new rotation!

I am done with my workout. Ended up going to the gym with DH!:D I ran 3.5 miles, burned 547 cal. not bad for a short workout. I have to eat something I am hungry. I will be back!

BPM's= 149= 83% My Max Heart rate
150= 84% My Max Heart rate
151= 84% My Max Heart rate
Distance= 1.15 Miles

Imax 2= 55 Minutes
Calories burned= 569
This is always so much fun! I love it!!!

Total Calories burned from today's workout= 745;):)

DH says he won't be home until 8 or 9 so I will have time to get in a quick workout after the nephew leaves. I am planning on doing last nights workout. KCMs Muscle Definition.

Debbie, I'm sorry about the job. But like Chris and Heather said, it's amazing how it all works out. Timing is everything, huh? And it just was not where you are supposed to be right now. I'm sure it still is very disappointing. But......you still have your motorcycle, right?!?!?!?? Always a good thing!
Hi Jessica! Great job with B&G. That one always had a bit of dread factor for me. Until I started doing just the premixes - and yes, it's a killer!

Let's see, I've been working the last several days....but I did manage to work out every day. I was mimicking Cathe's Mar rotation where you do one S&H body part per day with cardio. Fun, fun, fun! Each body part had DOMS the next day.

Roxie - hope you're able to get your workout in! Enjoy it.

Wendy - way to go getting the workouts in. So you're liking the one body part a day? I tried that back in the summer and ended up going to 2. May need to take another look at the March rotation. Oh, and yes 70. Right now it's 75. Of course it's not due to last, but it sure is nice right now!

Debbie- I'm sorry you didn't get the job. Hang in there, remember finding jobs is tough and sort of like a princess kissing frogs hoping one will turn into a prince. Unfortunately you have to try for several jobs before the prince of a job is revealed and you're offered a job. The right job for you is out there, just hang in there.

Roxie- I hope the new antibiotic works and doesn't cause any unwanted reactions. Please get rest and be well.

Jessica-Butts and Guts is an awesome workout and it has so much to offer in premixes and two ab workouts and floor work, you can't go wrong with that one. I reach for that periodically I just love it and man does it work! WTG, on B & G Today!:):eek:

Chris- Happy to hear your enjoying Cathe's March 2010 rotation, I'm liking very much so far. I'm in my first week of it and its been day 2 and I'm loving it. I've been adding a bit of Cardio Coach into it as well. I really like how I feel after Cardio Coach so I like to add a run in when it makes sense to do so.

Heather- Nice job with SB, its always fun to do. Yikes! You still have DOMS, ugh, definitely try a warm epsom salt bath and some advil or something. Maybe, think about a segment from Cathe's stretch dvd might be helpful to relieve the DOMS. Take care!;)

Belinda- WTG with your run today, nice calorie burn too~:):eek:;)

Wendy- My knees are still bugging me. I just have to modify the impact where it makes sense to do so. I think I have what's called a miniscus tear on the tendons around my knees. It can heal if the tears are in certain places in others it can take a very long time to heal due to not as good of blood supply to those areas. I just have to be careful for my knees since I can't afford surgery. Nice job on your workouts and its awesome your having fun with them. Keep up the great job!;):)
