Hi and good morning,

Not sure, what I will do today? I have so many dvds to catch up on;)

I just saw a post on FB, that Sean from Cardio Coach passed away. I am so sad this morning. I can't believe he is gone. A few month ago Carola (hittdog) passed away and now him, so sad. I have tears in my eyes. Life is short!

Sean passed away?? Are you serious? Was there something wrong with him? OMG! I cannot believe this. And I didin't know Carola passed away either, what happened? Wow, I'm shocked this a.m. How truly sad that is.

Why are we doing this thread for a whole week? I don't mind, I was just wondering. I think it will be easier to do a week at a time instead of each day.

Today was total body and I started over and doing the beginning of this rotation. I didn't want to because it's 5 reps and I always go way too heavy with the 5 reppers, but I tried to contain myself this morning and I think I did well. I definitely could have gone heavier, but I don't want to risk injury anymore.

3 sets/5 reps with 1 minute rest between each set.

Flat Barbell Bench Press - 85#

Barbell Rows - 70#

Swauts - 85#

Elevated Stiff Legged Deads - 75#

Barbell Curls - 50#

Close Grip Bench Press - 70#

Then I did the ab work from Cardio & Weights.

Wow, I can't believe that about Sean and Carola. :(
 
Debbie, sorry to post this sad news this morning. Not sure, what happend with Sean. I am in shock and tears. I can't believe he is gone! Carola passed away of cancer not to long ago, so sad. :(

Tonite I will go for a walk and then do KCM's Lift Sculpting. Its suppose to be in the 80's all week but windy which is normal for us.

Debbie-good job containing yourself I know it was hard for you. I agree a once a week keeps everybody up to date on whats going on.

Belinda-enjoy whatever you decide on.

Hi girls:(

It is with a heavy heart that I check in today. I discovered yesterday on this site there was a statement that Coach Sean had passed away. I'm sad to say this is true. I did check the link Belinda gave and although I couldn't find anything about it on Cardio Coach facebook page when I looked I did hope that it was not true. I just checked Sun-Sentinel.com which is a local newspaper to Boynton Beach area in florida, and they do have a Classified listing in the Obituary for a Sean Michael O'Malley passed away Sunday March 25th, 2012. He was only 40 years old. This is a huge tragedy and I'm reeling from this in shock and in tears. I have no idea what happened to Sean that caused this other than it must have been something major and sudden. This is a huge loss for his family,friends, and fans he will be sorely missed and loved.

Ok, I did get a workout in for today so I'll just check in now.

Hi Girls!

I wasn't a huge Cardio Coach follower, but I have done one or two of his workouts , before my iPod crashed and I lost everything a few years ago. So I do know who Sean was, and I did actually follow him on FB. He seemed like a very fit , healthy inside and out, kind of guy. Very VERY likeable. How very sad. The world lost someone so good like that. And so young. :(((

I had a crappy weekend at work with bad sinus pain and headaches, coughing, drip, etc etc. Thankfully, today the pain is gone. I see my doctor on Wednesday for a physical, maybe I have an infection? I'll see what he says.

So today started my LAST week of P90X! Wow. I finished all the weight work!
I can't say I look like any of the "after" pictures, though. :confused: I think I'm more of a "before" kind of girl. always.

Today I did Turbo Fire 30 Class and then about 40 minutes of Yoga X.

Debbie: Nice job on the weights today. And holding back! I'm thinking of doing your Dec 08 Rotation next! The cardio combined with 4DS and GS weight work!!! I want to maintain my P90X muscle growht, but lean out a little too.

Belinda: Did you do a workout today? What new ones do you have? I feel liek I want to go get a few CC workouts to run with this week.

I think keeping the thread for the whole week is a great idea, actually!

Roxie: Hope you have a good KCM workout tonight!

Nora: Nice job with Les Mills. I know I wasn't a huge follower of Sean's, but , wow. So very very sad. It is nice he lives on forever in his CC workouts though. :(

I just ended up going for a walk in the park ran out of time for anything else. It was really nice here except the wind was blowing.

Chris-sinus infections are going around think it has something to do with the weather. Good Job finishing P90X.

Today was cardio and in honor of Coach Sean I did Cardio Coach #4. I remember I use to hate this workout. And I use to yell at Sean every time I did it. But even though it's not my favorite, I don't hate it anymore either.

I had a great workout. It was hard to think that the man who has coached me through my treadmill workouts is gone. He is the one who got me to love my treadmill. I am still very saddened about this news.

I have been busy all morning no time to check in. Tonite I am going for a walk with DD and then we are going to start packing up things they don't need so when they are ready to move its done. They are hoping to put the rafters on the house tomarrow everything inside is framed out.

Chris-I need to do wts but unless I decide to get my butt out of bed it won't be happening this week but thats ok with me I love the warm weather.

Debbie-I don't know if you saw when I posted this but my DD is having a baby in September and they are building a new house.

Today was a rest day scheduled, but I decited to do CCV3 instead. I am still stunned about Sean. So sad! Life is so short! He was way to young:(

I did get a workout in despite feeling so sad mourning Coach Sean O'Malley. I didn't know if I could do a Cardio Coach workout today in memory of Sean but I did. It surprised me I wasn't crying like crazy and unable to run to do a workout, but I did with Sean's help. So, I'll just check in now.

Here's today's workout:

Chris- Nice job of subbing Bob Totally Ripped Core for Core Synergistics. It sounds like a great workout, and yes Bob is no slouch as a trainer he will make you work darn hard. But, that's why we love him right, we want results and they aren't just given you have to earn them. He makes you earn them but good. I'm glad that you like that workout I've been eyeing that one too. Great job on today's workout it sounds like a great one. :DWTG!!!!

Debbie- Awesome workout today with Cardio Coach #4 in memory of Sean. I know he was looking down on you today and smiling watching you do the workout and waiting for your comments. He always seems to really get ya to respond to him not just doing the workout but verbally as well. Its like he's right there with you and just knows the right words and how to push you to achieve what you want and force you to reach goals you didn't know you had it in you to do cardio wise with running. He does the same thing to me when I'm done with a Cardio Coach Workout I know I did my 100% for that day and feel amazing not just physically but even deep down in my soul. He always engergizes and inspires me. Thank you for turning me on to Cardio Coach about two years ago I think it was. Now we will always have Sean with us in Cardio Coach, he lives on. RIP Coach Sean. Great workout as usual and keep up the great strides.:)

Belinda- I know you said your still in shock about Coach Sean, I know I am too. I'm not sure what workout your doing today, but I'm sure it will be a good one. Take care!;)

Belinda-she is doing ok having problems with her back hurting but other then that she is great.

Then I foam rolled for about 10 minutes. My body is feeling great!

Roxie - That is great about your daughter! Congrats to her and you, grannie! :D

Nora - Your words brought tears to my eyes. I will miss Sean like crazy, but he is still with us in all his workouts. He is and will always be so uplifting to me.

Because of all the smoke in the air right now everyone is burning I didn't get to sleep we had our bedroom window open it was burning my eyes. I am going out to DDs old house again tonite to walk and then pack some more. The weather is cooperating quite nicely.

Debbie- WOw!!! #200 Leg Press I'm so not worthy, awesome workout today with weights I noticed you did great with upperbody too. You are an inspiration. I don't recall you lifting #200 before with Leg Press is that new with that weight? Wow, that is so amazing. ;):cool::eek: AWww, thanks about my Sean comments. He just was such a amazing and special person you just feel better for knowing him through his workouts. Coach Sean will be sorely missed and never forgotten. :(;)

Roxie- Sorry about all the burning hurting your eyes, I know what that is like. Its good you stayed home with thunderstorm warnings in your area no fun being caught out in that.
