Today was cardio and I just did some stuff on my treadmill. Did an 8 minute jog, did a 5 minute jog, did 5 - 1 minute sprints with a 1 minute break and then did a cool down. Had a good time and listened to good music.

Good Morning,

Right now the sun is finally shining but rain is still in our forecast. Tonite I will do cardio of some kind hoping DH works on house tonite so I can get caught up on workouts and I need to do some abs.

I did get my workout in for today, still feeling yucky fighting off this sinus infection but I do feel a little better than yesterday.

Here's today's workout:

Les Mills Pump- Flow= 25 Min
Met Value= 2.0
Calories burned= 68

Its raining again getting a little ridiculous. I did KCM's Start Here cardio I had a headache when I got home then I walked on the TM for 30mins and did Hip Hop Abs Last Minute Abs.
