Crazy, Strong and Loving it for March 2014!!

Good afternoon,

I just finished the 3.5 month STS rotation. Yeah I made it through with flying colors Walked 3 miles with the dogs this morning too. Getting ready to do P90X3


Debbie - I need your advice :D I am doing the Body Building rotation that Cathe posted a while back. How would you use the GS's for 4 weeks, LIS for 2 weeks?I am kinda confused? Here is the rotation I am following:

No workout for me today didn't get up and got home to late so I will have to make it up tomarrow.

Debbie-I wouldn't even attempt the wts you do to afraid I will hurt myself and you will get back to that squat you want.

Good Morning,

I did KCM's TLC Boxing 1 with added stretch, Abs from Pinterest, and a 30 minute walk on the TM.

Belinda-he has heart problems and was retaining to much water so they reduced his sodium and they are going to evaluate him for a valve replacement. He looks really good has lost alot of wt.

Today I felt pretty good, but the workouts are still feeling a bit harder than usual. I did KCM's Circuit Burn #1 and the abs. And then I did Total Body Stretching #1. The stretching felt good!

Congrats on finishing STS, Belinda!!!! If I remember right, it seems like every time you started STS you ended up with health problems and never could finish? Or at least a FEW times that happened to you. So hi-5's to you on finishing and feeling good!!

Nice workout today, Roxie! I'm glad your boss' DH is better too!

Nora, Nice job yesterday with KCM and the HiiT. I love TLC!!

I just finished today's workout and will now check in even though its a late workout.

Here's the workout:

Kettlebell Kickboxing- the Scorcher Series- Longevity= 45 Min
MV= 9.50
CB= 584

Chris- The workouts might feel harder than usual due to how the illness impacted you. No worries, though just take it easy and slowly ease back into it. Nice workout today, just don't expect stellar workouts from yourself for another week or two when your fully recovered and feeling 100%. The Abs from KCM's Circuit Burn are tough, aren't they?

Roxie- Love the diversity in your workout today, well done with KCM's TLC Boxing 1 with added stretch, Abs from Pinterest, and a 30 minute walk on the TM. Great job today, you go girlfriend! Have a great weekend! Seeya Monday!!;)

Belinda- Congrats again on finishing STS!!! Bravo girlfriend! Nice workout today with P90X3 Pilates. I've been looking at P90X3 non BB reviews of that and T25. I think for me at least that P90X3 would be the way to go of the recent BB offerings. Now I just need to save up the money to get it it may take me about six months or less we'll see.

Today was Cardio Coach #1. I have a sinus thing going on so it was hard to get started, but once I did I did well. Had a great workout.

37 minutes total, burned 330 calories and ran 2.25 miles. :)

Belinda - I seen your question, let me look over the rotation adn I'll get back to you. I haven't had much time lately. I'll get back to you by the end of today.
 
Good morning,

Sorry for not checking in yesterday. Ended up taking Aleisa's dog to a vet clinic near us. Aleisa and her BF left for Florida Sunday morning. She usually leave her dog in her bedroom when she leaves, not yesterday. Somehow her dog got into my son's fiancé purse which was in the living room, got a hold of a pack of Orbitz gum and ate half the pack with rappers and all:roll eyes: We called Aleisa's vet, they told us to take him in right away. There is chemical in gum, it will not harm humans but will spike dogs blood sugar and can affect their liver. Aleisa takes her dog to Pet's Smart, they have a clinic they don't keep dogs overnight. They recommended we take the dog to Falls Church to a clinic so they can monitor the dog for 24 hours. They gave us an estimate for around $1000 It's DC! DH and I had my son/fiancé bring the dog closer to VW, so I can take care/watch of the dog after he gets released. My son goes to collage all day twice a week and his fiancé works in Annapolis all next week. No way, they can monitor him for the next few day's.

Today I will do P90X week 13. Our final week

Debbie - thanks for helping me out! This week is my recovery week from STS, I will not start the GS until next Monday. Really appreciate your help. WTG, on CC#1 this morning.

Roxie - fantastic job on KCM's Start Here Cardio only, and Yoga from YBB then did Cathe's TBS #1.

Nora - I think I am a done with buying more dvd's from BB for a while. I already regret buying so many from Collage Videos. I have so many an open once, need to go through them first. WTG, on your KB workout.

Chris - good job easing into your workouts. Hope you feel 100% soon.

I got sent home from work today due to and unexpected snow storm and it took me 1 1/2 hours to go 60 miles. I did KCM's Body Shop 1 and 35 minutes on the TM.

Thanks Nora! DH doesn't know how much we spent on the vet bill yet. Dog needs to go back to the vet tomorrow. Great burn today, girl!

Today I did the Upper Body premix of STS Total Body. Love that one because it's so short. :) Had a great workout! I also did the Giant Set Abs workout on that DVD also.

Belinda - I will definitely get back to you by the time you start. I totally forgot to look at it last night. I'll write myself a note to do it tonight. I hope the dog is doing better. :(

Roxie - Dang girl, I can't believe you drive that far to work. And sorry about the stupid snow storm. I don't think this winter is ever going to end. We're supposed to get snow today.

Okay you officially get the Super hero of the day award. Yep you are now crowned Wonder Woman for the day, and please take it a bit easier the rest of the week. I recall this is your recovery week from STS and your last week of P90X3 so please dial it back. Maybe walk the dogs a little more and still do P90X3 just take it easier let your muscles rest, maybe stretching would be a nice no stress add on to P90X3. Okay, now Wonder Woman, go and have a wonderful day. Hugs and well wishes for your DD's dog I hope he'll be fine. ((Hug)):)

Belinda - When I used to do the Gym Style Workouts, I did one of the workouts every other day. So Monday I'd do Chest & Tri's, Wednesday, Back, Shoulders & Bi's and Friday, Legs. Tues. & Thurs. do cardio of your choice. Same with LIS. Do them every other day and insert cardio in between days. Does that make sense?

Thank you so much for your advice:D It does make sense;) As far as the cardio goes, I have to find something that is low impact! Nice job yesterday.

Last night I did P90X3 Isometric. That's it! Ended up relaxing most of the day, watching a movie

Today is P90X3 Accelerator.

Today I just didn't have it in me to run on my treadmill. Or do any other type of cardio either. So I just did Yoga Stretch by Karen Voight. I needed it, my muscles are starting to get all tight again. I feel pretty good right now. The sinus thing is kicking my butt, though. All I want to do is sleep.

Belinda - You're welcome. I hope my advice helped you. :)
