Wendy: Nice job on the entire B&G yesterday! You must be walking funny today!! .. And yes, I most definitely get that runners high! It's better than drugs, (from what I remember from college days)

Belinda: NICE job today on STS. Still loving Meso 3?

Roxie: Wow, I can honestly say I have NEVER had an issue with eating too little. I love food too much. it's sad. So no advice here, but to "EAT PAPA EAT!" (as quoted by Mrs. Santa to Santa Claus). Enjoy your workout tonight!

Debbie: good for you for getting that kickboxing workout done in spite of how crappy you feel.! I love my mom's tuna, she always makes if for me when I come over for lunch. Enjoy!

Heather: Ah! I do know that feel of wanting to run on a beautiful day! I won't today, I have way too much to do. Maybe you could just do a 20 minute quickie? I think that still qualifies as a rest!

Nora: I know that move you speak of on Athletic Step. The skip across. I initially felt like I was going to fall, but then suddenly, I "got" it. I was able to do it in a way that didn't feel "trippy" to me. Now to get that damn triple run over the step on Step Moves!

Jessica: That must be hard to teach a class and feel like you want to poop out at the end!! Good for you for getting through it!!!

And yes, Chris - it IS hard to keep it going when you want to crumble to the floor, but I guess I'll just get really good endurance-wise eventually huh??

Chris-I always plan on eating 2 snacks a day but things have been busy at work and I just seem to forget. I have been eating alot of soup at lunch so I know I am not hitting my daily requirement of cals. I missed my snack this morning but plan on eating this afternoons.

I just know I'll get DOMS from this one, since upperbody always gets me. Lowerbody I rarely get DOMS there. I doubt if my upperbody will ever catch up to the strength I have in my legs. In highschool they used to joke I'd kill anybody if I kicked them because I could lift 220lbs easily when the guys couldn't, that was in my Track days eons ago. LOL!!

total calories burned today from these workouts= 739!;):cool: not too shabby I'll take it. I had a great run mixing up CCV 4 the way I did and I feel amazing. There seems to be something magical about Cardio Coach workouts for me I always feels so amazing afterwards, I love it! Thanks Coach Sean!:):cool:

Patti! I was just thinking about you yesterday! Sounds like you've been well. Yay for you and your husband with STS. Yeah, I've been trying to work off my winter weight, too. I'm going to the SD RT to meet Cathe for the first time - and I want to look my best! (Although I'm not sure that will happen!) Good to hear from you!
Today I did a 4DS premix #12, Higher Impact Circuit. A great 65 min workout! I kinda forget about 4DS because it's not her most recent series, yet it's not in my catalogue either - and there are SO many premixes on them.
So Heather, did you end up running? Ride was good, thanks - just a little zip around for 20 minutes.
