Hi Girls!
I don't think I checked in either, yesterday.
I actually went for a run at the park! It was so nice out!! But.. it wasn't the best of runs for me. My legs were really heavy and sore from KM drills and then the day before I had done LIC, which had leg weight work. PLUS, my shins were sore from a BRISK walk with Buddy the day before. But I eeked it out for 40 minutes, and then I went BACK to the park with Buddy and we walked for 40 more minutes!
Funny, my lower body is pretty sore for an UPPER body rotation. LOL!
Today I did PUB, again. 2nd time this week. I thought I would be kind of bored with it since I'd done it on Monday, but I really got into it.
I was going to take Buddy for a walk, but he freaked out at me when he got in the car to go. He growled and went all "Cujo" on me (he was IN the car, I was OUT of the car). pretty scary. Thus, we did not GO to the park for a walk. Ugh. I have a trainer/behaviorist coming next week to check him out.
Belinda: Hope they can figure out what's wrong with YOUR puppy!
Heather: No smelly men at the gym today? I have NO clue what a squat machine even is, so I will be no help!
Roxie: You got some good walking in too!!! Enjoy PUB tonight!
