Morning, ladies! Heather - I had to laugh, I am feeling the exact same Holy-DOMS issue you are today! My chest STILL hurts like WHOA from Sunday's STS workout it's insane! And my butt is killing me from the STS legs workout I did on MONDAY (same one you did today, Debbie). I love DOMS though, so I'll keep plugging along, no pain no gain, right?

Heather - seriously, agree - I do NOT like the Amy Bento workouts, she just doesn't do it for me and I hate to feel like I wasted time on a workout that didn't leave me feeling rather spent (ala Cathe). Nobody is as good as her, seriously! Though I'm wondering if Shaun T/Insanity might compare cardio-wise?? I'm still so curious to try that one.
Debbie - I have to laugh, I TOTALLY agree about the guys - are they really that wimpy on legs that they have to use totally light weights?? I don't get it. Love that workout btw - trisets rock.
Belinda - STS today, are you loving being back in the STS groove?
