Crazy, strong and loving it for June 14, 2011

Good Morning,

Its alot cooler here today only suppose to reach 87 compared to yesterdays 102 degrees. I am hoping to either go on a bike ride with DH or take the dog for a walk and maybe KCMs Plyo Blast or TF HiiT something.

Chris-the sinus stuff is better but still experiencing dizziness when I lay down.

Belinda-good job with your workout.
 
Belinda - About 95% better. I'm still going to wait and lift next week. I might get up to do cardio tomorrow, not sure yet. But I can now move my arm over my head, but still have a little tightness and pain. Thanks for asking!
 
Debbie - glad you feeling a little better! Please, don't rush into anything to soon! Take a few more days off, girl! Your body will thank you. (((HUGS))
 
Hi Everyone!

Today is week #3 of June 11 Rotation. And it starts a week of Meso 3! I did Disc 28, which was chest and back. I think lifting heavy for less reps is my favorite way to do weights. Great workout! Supposed to do Abs Circuit: Weights and Plates. Just don't see it happening today. I don't have a ton of time and I'm in a downer kind of mood .

Belinda: CCC! You picked a doozy!!! Good news on the real estate front for military bases. Thats fantastic for you guys!

Roxie: Glad you're feeling better! It's cool and gloomy here. Weird, since we had super hot last week. Crazy weather lately.

Debbie: Good to hear you're better too!! Phsewwww!!!

Nora: Nice job on CLX yesterday! I'm so tempted to get the greatest HiiTs workout. Do you love it? or is it pretty much like the others?
