Hi Everyone!
Today is week #3 of June 11 Rotation. And it starts a week of Meso 3! I did Disc 28, which was chest and back. I think lifting heavy for less reps is my favorite way to do weights. Great workout! Supposed to do Abs Circuit: Weights and Plates. Just don't see it happening today. I don't have a ton of time and I'm in a downer kind of mood .

Roxie: Glad you're feeling better! It's cool and gloomy here. Weird, since we had super hot last week. Crazy weather lately.
