Good morning,

I will go for a short run before it gets to hot outside, it's hot (90's) here in Germany. :D And no AC:confused:

I have an ENT appointment this morning, I will be back with personals. I am well rested today, had enough sleep!

Debbie - how are you and your mom doing? Will keep you both in my prayers!

Good Morning,

I am going to do Burn Circuit 2 tonite and some abs. I need to crack down on my eating and get back to serious workouts. Headache is finally gone today.

I did STS legs (M2 W1) - LOVE those tri-sets...and did half of the new Group Kick release...and damn that's gonna be a goodie.

Hi ladies! SO SO SO HAPPY it's finally Friday. Thought it might never arrive ;)
Sorry I was so late getting back to you guys on yesterday's thread but it was one of those brutal days at work and then I left right on time to get to Kick which was exactly what I needed to work off some stress! Today I did what I said I was going to do - meso 1, disc 5 (back/tri's) followed by HiiT 40/20 and Ab Circuits yoga-inspired abs. PHEW! I was beat and starving by the end but it was worth getting up at 5 for today. I wanted to get a goodie in before the weekend. :)

Belinda - good luck with that run in 90 degree heat, that is tough stuff!

Roxie - so glad your headache has subsided, that is painful! Aren't you proud of me for getting my abs done last night AND this morning? I'm getting there ;) Keep at it with the water and eating today!

This morning I went for a 40 min. slow run:p It was so hot outside, had to slow down my HR way up:confused: I need to wake up early if I wanna go for a long run!

My ENT appointment went well. The doctor is suprised my ears are clear on the other hand he is very concerned that I am getting another fungus infection(since I been on antiboitics for so long, which in my case can cause another outbreak!) I also taked to him about a second surgery for my sinus (since I had sinus surgery last year I been having problems with my ear :mad:), he ask me if I had the CT scan from the hospital in GA, I forgot to ask for one:confused::mad: My DH will call the hopital in Georgia today and have them sent me a CD. I was brain dead on Monday, I knew I forgot something:confused: I am so tired of having an ear/sinus infection every month, I am willing to get another sinus surgery. That infection was the worst one I ever had, I don't want to go through this again. I still have an sinus infection after 2 1/2 weeks on antibiotics and I am still on antibiotics. By now I should have been cleared up:mad: what ever it takes, I will do it, I had enough.

I am still not sure what I will do on Monday, I really want to do another round of STS, maybe with some Insanity?

Heather, are you doing the 3 or 6 month rotation? WTG, this morning!

Jolene, love those trisets too! Nice job, this morning! You are doing a STS rotation, right?

Just finished up KPC in it's entirety (including abs). Now I'm going to clean the house, take a shower, and meet DH for lunch.

Roxie - I did the abs, just for you...;)

Jessica-I'm sorry didn't see your post last night I am very proud of you for working your abs. I will keep up the drinking today its so humid here that my fingers are swollen.

Yeah Melissa for getting those abs done. My youngest DD is named Melissa.
 
Thanks for the prayers and thoughts everyone! My mom is doing GREAT!!! This surgery went so much better then the first one. She is walking around (sort of) already and in minimal pain. I'm so happy about this. I'm hoping her recovery time will be a lot less this time.

Today I did Meso 1, Disc 5, Back and Triceps. Ankle is almost 100% again. Very thankful about that. I'll wait until Tuesday to do cardio and even then I'll probably only get on my TM to walk a bit. I'm hoping to be able to do an STS leg workout next week too. We'll see.

I did the same STS workout this morning - it felt like it lasted FOREVER for some reason!!

You are right, it did seem to drag on. Not sure why? I enjoyed it but the exercises kept going and going and going... LOL!

Yep, I am loosely doing a rotation - maybe two weeks of every meso. We'll see ;)
