Today was total body and I did Push/Pull. It has been an extremely long time since I've done this workout and I had fun with it. It's not that tough of a workout, but I still felt most of the exercises. Glad I pulled this one out.

Calories burned= 82

PeakFit Challenge-Core Dynamics= 20 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 137

Total calories burned= 219
