Leave them in. It gives the muscles a really good burn on top of the building phase. If for some reason you don't like it after doing a coupld workouts, then leave out PH.

Ended up doing a SB/SJP premix. It had a SB segment followed by a hi/low segment. The only annoyance was having to move the step out of the way quickly and then pull it back out quickly. I guess if you have more space it wouldn't be an issue though. It was kind of fun mixing and matching.

Looks like everyone has had a good workout day.

By the way, I sure hope I didn't offend anyone with my comment about not being OCD enough to count calories. I started thinking about it and realized I could have offended and that was so NOT my intention. I don't have it in me to count calories and recognize that it'd end up heading the way of obsession sort of like me and that stupid HR monitor. I just try to pay attention to portion and making sure meals are well-rounded and healthier now. I even do homemade wheat crusts for my pizza to make myself feel better LOL.

Patti: Glad you enjoyed the lime chicken!! Good idea on marinating it for a good amount of time.... Wished I bought chicken instead of london broils for tomorrow (I'll have a Boca though, I'm not a red meat fan). OMG, have a BLAST on the RT!!! Make sure you tell Cathe "HI" from all of us!!! I can't wait to hear about it either!!! Have a safe trip! We'll miss you here!

Bev: HEY! LOVED the salad tonight. I bought a thicker piece of Roast beef at the deli, it was salty though, but still, it was good. I had had watermelon in a salad at Uno's a few weeks ago, and I loved it then too! C&W is always a fun one! the music is a blast!

Heather: I wish I had a little OCD when it came to my eating. I do try to journal and count calories, and actually don't do too bad, but I stress eat BIG time. No offense here. We're all built different is all!

Nora: Good workout today! Our heat isn't up, but the humidity is suffocating, so I can relate on how not being able to push so much, BUT, you also have MS, which totally amazes me that you do what you do in the heat, so you go! You are an inspiration, ALWAYS!!
