Good morning,

Since I didn't do abs yesterday, I have to do them today! I also will get a nice stretch in today, plus take the dogs for a nice walk.

I am not sure if I told you last week, but I decited to do the 3 1/2 month STS rotation. At least I will make it once through:p I didn't relized the weights go up by 5% in week 2!

I will be back for personals! I wanno see how Lori did on her race yesterday:eek: I am sure she rocked it!

Today is a rest day but I plan on doing some biggest loser yoga and then I think DH and I are going for a walk again. I want you all to know I ate 1789cals yesterday, DH and I went to Olive Garden for supper my meal and salad stayed in calorie range it was the breadsticks that took me over but it was worth it.

Belinda-enjoy your walk and I hope you get to finish sts this time.

Nora-we understand that you are just not up to personals you impress us with what you are able to do.
 
Morning! I did all of 4DS Bootcamp- I like how she does the weight work in rounds. I have had nice strength gains in my biceps- tris are about the same. At least I didn't have to drop the weights down today. :p

Belinda: Good for you on a STS plan- you'll like it that way, I think.

Nora: Don't even think twice about personals- glad to see you are still able to work out as usual.

Today we were supposed to go to the lake with the family. DH and I were going to get there early and run before going out on the boat. Rain squashed those plans. So I just did 35 mins of Imax 2 and GS shoulders.

Roxie - enjoy your walk.

Patti - good job with keeping heavier weights this morning. That's always a great feeling!

I'm off to bed, I'm going to work again in the morning. I'm pretty worn out - I had a huge, great workout today. I started with GS Chest and MIS chest. Then did RS all but the challenge. Then I did floorwork from PLB. I'm pooped.
