Hi and good morning,

Today I will go to the gym and run on the TM!

Chris, hope you enjoyed your palate workout yesterday.

Rockie, awesome job with your UB workout. You burned a lot of cal. doing MIC, great job. Can’t wait to get my HR monitor next week again.

Debbie, sorry! I thought you knew about Vitacoast.com! They even ship to APO boxes (military overseas), most places don’t like to ship overseas.

Heather, I do take a recovery week after a few months.

Nora, WOW! Look at the cal. burn you got on BM2, I was close last week. Nice job, girl!

I iwll be back to report my workout!

Have a great day and workout, everyone!

Good monring,

CCV5 is done:p I had to slow my speed down; my HR went up to high. I the humidity is very high today:rolleyes:

Off to get a nice stretch in! BBL!

Hey Everyone,

I feel like I am out of the loop this summer with the check-ins. I never seem to get a chance to get back for personals. :( I apologize.

Yesterday I took a rest day. Today I did 50 minute steady state run. 4.25 Miles, 514 calories burned. I had a bathroom-emergency half way through - gotta love those. (TMI - I know)

I'm supposed to do some stretching yet today, but I'll see if I get it in later today.

Great workouts lately everyone - oh, and welcome Heather!

Hi everyone. Well, today is going to be just a cardio day. Still debating on what I want to do. I guess I underestimated PLB after all and am sore. Need a lower intensity cardio and I don't have many of those. Open to suggestions. Think I'll run tomorrow.

Yesterday afternoon I posted the following, am reposting b/c by that time I imagine most of you all had already checked in all you were going to check in for the day.

"Here's a question - do you guys take recovery weeks like what is suggested in the STS rotations? I never did before doing STS and am wondering if you guys (especially those following rotations) are taking breaks from weights after x number of weeks."

Thanks,
Heather

Today was step cardio so I chose Low Max. This is such a fun workout, I love all the step combo's in it. Very creative but easy to do.

HR STATS:
1 hr. 10 minutes
3 minutes below zone
31 minutes in zone
36 minutes above zone
578 calories burned

Excellent calorie burn for me.

Good morning. Sorry that I have been MIA. I've been doing some traveling. I did BM2 in it's entirety for the first time this morning. I was a bit intimidated by the length of it but it actually seemed to go quickly and I enjoyed it.

Debbie-thanks so much for creating that rotation. I have never done circuit or full body workouts before and I know that I needed to shake things up a bit. I would have never tried it if it weren't for your rotation!!!

Bev

Good Morning,

Tonite for me is 4ds bootcamp cardio only and segment 2 of coremax. I didn't do all of the ab work from bm2 but I knew I had 3 more days of abs and I worked them Monday so I figured it was ok.

Hi ladies,

Karen – no need to apologize! We know you are very busy, girl. Nice job with your workouts yesterday and today. Have fun with your stretching later.

Heather – PLB is a goody! WTG on your run today.

Debbie – WOW! I loved the oats + BSN! Thanks for the recipe! LM is one of my old time favorite’s workouts. Nice cal. burn, btw! I can’t wait to get my HR monitor next week!

Bev – WTG on BM2 this morning. I am already in my 4th week of Debbie’s June rotation. Loved every minute of it; I am not sure if I want to do it for a few more weeks or do STS again?? Where did you go on vacation?

Roxie – enjoy 4DS BC tonight!

BBL!

Heather

Heather, I usually take an entire week off every 8 to 12 weeks. The body needs it. Rest does it good.

Debbie, sorry! I thought you knew about Vitacoast.com! They even ship to APO boxes (military overseas), most places don’t like to ship overseas.

It's ok Belinda. No I didn't know about this site. I will use it from now on. But I already got my BSN, it only took one day to get to my house. Nice going on CC #5!

Debbie-thanks so much for creating that rotation. I have never done circuit or full body workouts before and I know that I needed to shake things up a bit. I would have never tried it if it weren't for your rotation!!!

Bev

Your welcome, Bev! Glad you like it!!!

I know, it's really good, isn't it? I can never get tired of eating this stuff!

Morning! I just finished Pure Strength Legs and abs. I forgot how many crunches are in that ab wo! I like the leg work though, especially the sit and stands. I was not in the mood to do it at all but am so glad I did.

Heather: Yep, I take some rests, but not full weeks. I should.

Roxie: I chuckled at your MIC description the other day- it kills me every time. I really prefer not to do that wo, too much of a dread factor. It just never lets up!

Karen: I like a nice run every now and again- glad you're here. We missed you.

Bev: Good for you on shaking things up! Whenever I start BM2 I think oh my, so long, but it does go fast! I have it on schedule for Sunday but may do the original.

Debbie: Low Max is fun, I agree. I get a surprisingly good calorie burn from it, too.

Hi Belinda!

Patti - I hate MIC! I've done it once, won't ever do it again. Kudos, Roxie, for doing it! And Patti - I haven't forgotten about that recipe. I'll type it up when I'm at home tomorrow for you.

Hey Everyone!

I slept in a bit this morning, which felt good. It's supposed to rain/storm here this afternoon, so since my DH is home today, I got myself quick like a fox to the park and got in a 50 Minute Interval Run! Did stairs and hills, and ran crazy around the park. it felt great and I sweat like crazy too due to the humidity (similar to you Belinda!!). A small shower started RIGHT as I finished! Felt great! I came home and did ABS CIRCUIT: Pilates. Yesterday's Pilates/Yoga was very enjoyable!!

Karen: Did you run outside yesterday or do you do the TM? That bathroom emergency happened to me once at the park , when I went earlier in the AM than I usually do. It wasn't a good thing to be in the middle of the park having to "go"!!!

Heather: I'm sure you already found and did a lower intensity cardio today. I always like the 4DS Steps (HIS/LIS combo) for that. I have always tried to take a rest week every 8-12 weeks even before STS. STS rests were hard for me, because they came so often!!

Debbie: Love LowMax too! I always seem to do that one after a lower body workout, though, and it makes me cry! LOL! I'm also looking forward to seeing the garlic chicken recipe! :)

Bev: Hi-5's on ALL of BM2!!! It islong, but I like it alot, so it does go by quicker than what it is.

Roxie: Good workout today!! I did BC from 4DS on Sat..it's a good sweat!

Patti:
I do remember the sit and stands from PS Legs! they make me cry too, I love them!

LOL! I always put Low Max either before or after a leg workout in my rotations. Double whammy!!!!

I ended up doing the hi/low interval premix from Hardcore Challenge. I did 60 mins and 561 calories.

Great job to everyone!!

Heather

:)Hey girls~;)

I've been battling MS fatigue and hot weather, trust me its not a good thing. So, this makes it very difficult for me when I workout. I get dizzy from being overheated and sometimes I fall. I have to take lots of breaks and drink lots of water. Plus, I'm really missing Cardio Coach, because I hurt my right knee or rather reinjured it when I did Cardio Coach Volume 1. I guess if I do Cardio Coach it will have to be strictly walking only on the treadmill not any running.

Here's today's workout:

Rhythmic Step= 60 Minutes
Calories burned= 582

Very challenging choreography to learn. I know the individual steps, but putting them together quickly was tough.

STS Ab Circuits- Weights and Plates Abs= 19 minutes
Calories burned= 117

I really am enjoying Debbie's June '09 Get Ready for Summer Rotation. I've gotten back to doing more step with this and its a nice change of pace. I still love doing weights too though.;)

Belinda- WTG! on CC. Its a lot of fun to do. I'm glad you're enjoying them. I hope your feeling well. Love your pics of your trip you shared with us recently to Luxemborg, beautiful place.

Debbie- Thanks for your June'09 Rotation, I'm loving it~;)

Roxie- Great job on your workouts. :)

Hi to everyone else and I hope your having fun with your workouts and enjoying the summer wherever you are.

Hugs!;)

Nora
