Chris- Hi!

Sorry to hear that things have been stressful for you at home. I definitely know what that is like. I hope things are getting better and have improved. It does help to exercise a way to get rid of some of the stress and I see you've been doing some great workouts. Its good you've been listening to your body and dialing the workout back if you not feeling up to go full tilt. I've learned the hard way that is usually the better way to go. Kelly has mentioned on her facebook page that in a couple of weeks she will have the presale up. Here's what Kelly said about her two upcoming workouts: "Great news fitness enthusiasts, I'm getting ready to film two more DVDs.
The first DVD I'm adding to my 30-Minutes to Fitness series, is all about lifting Heavy. It's a fact that muscle burns calories and makes everyday tasks much easier. It's also a fact that we lose muscle every year after age 26. No worries, this workout will help you regain the muscle you need for your body to function at its highest potential...
DVD number Two is called 30-Minutes to Fitness "Home Gym Intervals".
This workout gets so much done in so little time! Home Gym Intervals utilizes whatever cardio equipment you have (treadmill, elliptical, bike, etc...) and a pair of dumbbells. You'll be surprised how many miles you accomplish and how energized the dumbbells make you feel in only 30 minutes. Cardio machines can be really boring and seem better used as a place to hang clothes...Until now!
Home Gym Intervals takes out the dread of long, joint stressing cardio sessions and makes your Home your Gym!" They sound interesting to me I really like her dvds. Yes, I do have her LIFT dvd too!
Take care and I hope you continue to feel better and things are less stressful. ((Hugs))
Belinda- I'm sending you well wishes for your ENT visit. I know you'll have a great workout later with P90X3 CVX you have planned. Enjoy the day, have a blessed day!
Roxie- I hope your toe is feeling better and the meds are kicking in to heal and help. ((Hugs))
Debbie- I see you did B&G that's a great workout and good for you taking it easy on the knees. Glad to hear they are feeling better!! Have a relaxing and restful weekend!

Hugs and blessings to all!
