Sorry for being MIA yesterday I went to the doctor after work to have my toe looked at again because it woke me up throbbing in the middle of the night and she burned a hole in it hoping it would drain some of what looked like blood but nothing came out so I am on and antibiotic and antifungal pill because they really have no idea what is going on thinking my shoes are to small so I had a pair a half size bigger so I wore those today. I did KCM's TLC Boxing 1 then spent the day watching GS.
 
Today I did a Cardio Coach Mix and had a great workout. This mix consisted of the 10 alternating hill climbs and sprints that is in Press Play and Challenge 3 from CC #4. I did well with it.

Workout was 41 minutes long, I ran 2.5 miles and burned about 401 calories.

Roxie - Sorry to hear about your toe! Ouch!!!

Good Morning,

I did KCM's KB1 and added in the standing core work. Toe doesn't hurt as much today I soaked it last night and this morning.

Nora-that is why I switched to KCM workouts they aren't as high impact and I definetly need to stop wearing my Rykas.

Debbie-good job with your workout.
 
Today I did a little bit of Butts & Guts. Had a pretty good workout. Knees are much better. I didn't push it with the lunges and squats and did them without weights. Glad I got a leg workout in.

Nora - Nice calorie burn as usual girlfriend! You are the calorie burning Queen!!!

Roxie - Glad your toe is feeling better.

Last night I did STS D14 legs and P90X3.Accelerator. I was busy cleaning/organizing my son's room. DH and I will paint the bathroom on the second floor this weekend. What color is your bathroom? The old color is lavender, don't like it!

Today is P90X3 Pilates and maybe STS D15.

My ENT appointment isn't until Friday:eek:

I'm not feeling well today, woke up with Post injection flu-like symptoms. I forced myself to get a run in because my legs were so tight I needed to warm them up with exercise to loosen them with stretching. So feeling awful that's all I did today. I apologize because I am not able to do personals today, so please excuse me.

Hi All..

I've had some problems/issues with my boys this week, actually last weekend, that has stressed me out. It's been a very tough week.

Monday I was too exhausted to work out.
Tuesday I did 2 workouts! .... Tabatacise Level 2, and then did Meso 3 Chest & Back
Wednesday was Plyo Legs + Abs
Yesterday I did something a bit easier, because I am feeling so fatigued. I did KCM Stepboxing Kickbox Drills Only Premix + Yoga Relax #2.
Today I am feeling a bit better. I did Meso 3 Shoulders Biceps Triceps and then did Ab Hits with supermans and planks.

Belinda, looks like you're really liking P90X3! I saw you did the TF Kickin' Core. That was one of my favorites!!

Hey, have you heard of the new Beachbody program coming out next week? It's called 21 Day Fix or something like that. I am very intrigued by it! Wondering what you girls think.

Nora, hope you are feeling better today. Flu-like symptoms have to suck! ((hugs))

Debbie, B&G is one of my favorites! I bet you would like one of the newer workouts for legs. They are both mostly body weight exercises or very light weights, but they work you good! Leaner Legs & Abs is one and the other is Flex Train.

Roxie, oh! your toe sounds painful! I love KCM, good choice! .... I am curious about her Lift DVD. Do you have it? It's an older one, but I don't have it and it sounds like a good addition to my KCM collection! Maybe Nora has it?

Thank you for your well wishes. I am feeling a little better today, definitely recovering still but doing much better. Please keep the well wishes and prayers for me regarding doctor visit February 3, and probably a day or two later for test results to come back. I pray that my body has healed and cleared the HPV virus from my system and the test results are normal. Its been a big concern looming over me now for almost six months so I deeply appreciate all the prayers and well wishes, thank you in advance. Chris- Hi!:D Sorry to hear that things have been stressful for you at home. I definitely know what that is like. I hope things are getting better and have improved. It does help to exercise a way to get rid of some of the stress and I see you've been doing some great workouts. Its good you've been listening to your body and dialing the workout back if you not feeling up to go full tilt. I've learned the hard way that is usually the better way to go. Kelly has mentioned on her facebook page that in a couple of weeks she will have the presale up. I was able to fit in KCM's Stepboxing #2 workout. I've just recently gotten this workout DVD, and the first time I've done #2. It was a fun one!!!

Nora, you will be in my prayers EXTRA hard for next week, friend!!!... Nice hard go today with the HiiT and Zuzana!!

Oh, and thanks for the heads up on the new KCMs coming soon, Nora. I think I'll just wait for the new Heavy lifting one instead of getting the one she has now: Lift.

This will be one of my last Sat/Sundays working. I'm going to change my schedule to Sundays and Wednesdays. To accommodate my teenagers and their behavior.

I had a fun time with my family, I don't see my DS or her kids often enough and I got to spend time with GS so that always makes it special. I did CK25 WK1 D3 yesterday morning before we went and I will stretch today and maybe if it warms up today go for a walk outside.
