I just finished today's workout and will now check in.

Here's today's workout:

Daily HiiT- Any Time Fitness Day 5 HiiT Tabata Abs = 5X thru= 18 Min
MV= 6.50
CB= 160

ZRopes- Workout#1 w/warmup + Cool Down= 29 Min
MV= 12.0
CB= 475

Total calories burned = 635 ;)

Oh man, that Tabata abs was tough I can already tell there will be DOMS with that tomorrow for sure. Good stuff though glad I did it.

I got up and did the original LIS so that is 2 early workouts for me which is a miracle because like Debbie I reset my alarm clock for another hour but made myself get up.

P90X3 The Challenge is done = this workout consist of pull ups and push ups back to back:eek: I did all the push ups on my toes:p Feeling DOMS in my back already. I will push STS D12 to Sunday, my legs need a break. Next week is a recovery week from STS.

Debbie - I am:eek: Glad you got some sleep.

Nora - good job this afternoon. Fantastic!

Roxie - I did! How about you? How are your abs feeling?

I did LLA TS#2 and have decided that I really need to get up early next week and get my workouts done so I can walk on the TM when I get home in the afternoons swimsuit season is coming up.
 
Good afternoon,

DH and I took the dogs for a 45 min walk this morning, glad we did now it's raining. We just finished P90X3 CVX and The Warrior. The Warrior was tough after yesterday's workout, this one had a lot of push up too.

Roxie - I also need to get up early next week to get P90X3 in before DH goes to work. We skipped a few day's this week and doubling up is killing me. Good job today.

I need to get something in my stomach. All that working out, made me hungry!

I walked on the TM for 30 minutes this morning then went to see GS and go to a bridal shows with DDs.

Belinda-extra cardio is the only thing that helps me lose wt.

Good morning everyone! Today I did Cardio Coach #2 and had an ok workout. Didn't really hit it with all I had, but at least I did something. Knees feel ok, a bit sore after my workout but not bad.

Workout was 33 minutes and I went 2 miles. Burned approximately 303 calories.

I just finished today's workout and feeling good about it. Today and tomorrows workouts are still lower key than my usual and part of my recovery week. I will begin a new 30 day Challenge through Daily HiiT on Wednesday. They haven't emailed me the link as usual for their challenges I sign up for and that's typical since it doesn't begin until Wednesday and today is Monday. Okay now I'll get to today's check in.;)

Here's today's workout:

Cardio Coach Volume 1 revised = 35 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 430
Distance= 2.27 Miles

Daily HiiT- Total Body Makeover 5 day Challenge- Day 3 Ab HiiT= 3 times through= 18 Min
MV= 10.0
CB= 246

Total calories burned = 676;)

Debbie- Great job on your Cardio Coach Volume 2 workout today. No worries about not giving it your all because honestly some days none of us have it in the tank to go all out or not feeling like it either. Trust me, I have plenty of those days believe you me. On days like that I consider I deserve a pat on the back and high five for getting through it and that to me is worth a medal. Congrats on fighting the good fight and getting it done and that's all that matters, you Rock!! ;) Now please take it easy on the knees the rest of the day. Its good you didn't go all out if there is any issue with knees its best to hold back and just do what you feel you can without causing injury or worsening anything. Great job on your workout today, now go easy the rest of the day and maybe consider a epsom salt bath later for the knees. Rest and be well girlfriend;):):cool:

I did run intervals on the TM for 30 mins then made up some ab work. I just can't seem to get up in the mornings and I am tired all day don't know whats going on.

Today I did upper body and did the same routine I did last Tuesday only I upped the weights a bit and changed the order.

3 sets of everything. Reps ranged from 8 to 12 depending on how I felt.

Flat Bench Press - 50#
Flat Dumbbell Flyes - 15's
Overhand Barbell Row - 42#

Incline Bench Press - 50#
Incline Dumbbells Flyes - 15's
Overhead Press - 10's

Underhand Barbell Row - 42#
Hammer Curls - 15's
Lateral Raise - 8's

Upright Row - 22#
Dumbell Curls - 15's
Overhead Tricep Extension - 20#

Lying Tricep Extension - 10's
Ab Crunches - 30 reps
Elbow Planks - Tried to hold for 30 seconds

I did KCM's TLC Boxing and run intervals on the TM for 30 mins, I still need to make up great glutes and do some abs.

I just finished today's workout and it was a doozy. I sort of feel like a limp piece of spaghetti, so I'll just get to the check in while Iam able.

Cardio Coach Vol 2 Revised- My Short Mix = 20 Min
MV= 9.0
CB= 246
Distance= 1.62 Miles Hitting proper orange zones when required. Used incline and adjusted speed to do so.

Daily HiiT: Catching Fire- 30 Day Challenge- Day1= 48 Min
12 Min challenge 4X through= 48 Min
MV= 8.50
CB= 557

Total calories burned= 803:D:cool:

Roxie- Nicely done girlfriend with KCM's TLC and Run Intervals on the Treadmill. Sounds like a fabulous workout and sounds like maybe a little ab work later. Bravo girlfriend, well done! Awesome job on today's workout!;):D

This morning I did Cardio Coach #1 and had a good workout. Knees are ok - better than they were. I did well with this workout.

Workout was 37 minutes, burned approximately 335 calories and traveled 2.25 miles.

I missed yesterday's workout and will miss tomorrows workout due to work. :(

Yesterday I walked the dogs for 40 min and did P90X3 yoga.

Today I will do P90X3 CVX and walk the dogs.
