Hi Everyone..
Today is going to be a rest day for me. Way too busy and one of my sons has a friend over now, and they're in and out of the basement , which is where I work out.
It's funny, I've read it over and over and over again, especially in the forums here, and I'm convincing myself it is really true. That diet is 99% of it. The thing that kicked it in for me was I saw Jillian on Jay Leno last week. She said she now works out no more than 3 hours a week. AND she looks like she does!

She said it is almost all watching what she eats.
It's not that I plan on stopping workouts (in fact I'm starting a new GS/4DS rotation on Monday with Cathe's JAN 10 cardio days), it's just that I need to #1. Watch my diet more and #2. NOT stress about not getting a workout in. AND #3. REALLY watch what I eat on the day(s) I don't work out.
Just a revelation (that I have to keep convincing myself of, because I know it's true).
Belinda: YAY for CC! Did you get to the gym then? Somehow I picture snow in Germany much prettier than here (LOL!)
Debbie: oh that stretch didn't help? Hey, do you have one of the rollers (looks like a pool noodle?). I've heard those are good. It's weird how you get this discomfort from nothing in particular (like leg workouts or AFTER running). How long ago did you have it checked out at the doctors?
Heather: GREAT workout today! The weight work sounds awesome, and 70LBS for calfs???

Nora: I've been meaning to tell you, you have me quite intrigued by that BL Yoga. I'm going to keep an eye out for that, I think I want it!
