Good morning ladies,

Sorry, I didn't get back with personals yesterday! I went to the gym yesterday, got about 27-28 min of iTri in, I started getting so sick through my stomach, than everything went back in front of my eye's:mad: I almost couldn't get of the elliptical, I thought I pass out right there and than:eek::eek: I felt like something is pulling me to the ground. I sat on the bike, I don't know how long. I should have gone to the clinic here on post, but by the time I went home I started feeling better again! Wired!

The last couple day's I haven't sleeping well, keep waking up at night. I just lay there and can't go back to sleep:mad: My DH is coming home today, I will wait until he is here, to get D 6 in. Maybe I will take a rest day?? Haven't decided yet! I know there is a stomach virus going around, maybe I caught something. My stomach is making a lot of noises the last 2 day's?

I will try to come back with personals! Can't promise anything!

OH wow, Belinda! That gym experience sounds horrible! You poor thing! Take care of yourself there, ok?

We did end up with a dishwasher yesterday. It will come next week. The kicker is the $270 installation fee, having to be installed by an electrician and a plumber. Geesh. But we got as many deals as we could (got the NEW sale price that started today, got $50 rebate for energy star appliance, and $15 for opening a CC). It still sucks to have to drop $550 on a stupid dishwasher. But it has been a PIA washing ALL the dishes for the past few weeks. We eat in every night, so we always have dishes.

I better stop babbling and get to i, will BBL!!!!
 
Good Morning,

My workouts this week have sucked they are very sporadic that is what happens when I don't follow a rotation and DH is out of town. I spend all night talking to him on the computer so my workouts don't get done, I need to do them before I call him. I want to do EBs Burn and Firm Pilates this evening but DH is coming home I know I need to make me a priority to. I won Step Moves on Ebay and previewed it last night it looks pretty good.

Belinda-I hope you aren't coming down with something but that was a scary thing.

Chris-that is why I am so glad DH can do his own plumbing and wiring.
 
Hi ladies. I ended up not being able to do anything yesterday. I took a Claritin D around noon and by 3pm I was so out of it. I felt like crud. Step would have been an absolute disaster in more ways than one. I didn't sleep well last night, but that meant I was up at 5:15 so I went ahead and did SB and abs from SJP (again). At least the workout is done for the day. I may be asleep at my desk within the hour though!

Tomorrow I'll do the weights that I should have done today.

Belinda - I really hope you're ok. Had you eaten enough? Sugar crash?

Roxie - maybe next week will be better and you can get back on track.

Nora - I absolutely love all of the HIIT workouts. Glad you enjoyed the 30/30. Also glad I'm not the only nut on this check in!! :D

Wendy - I've done Athletic Step twice now. That one is fun and by the end the HR is up there. I may try Step Moves tomorrow. I didn't think that trying a new step workout at 5 am was a smart idea this morning!

Chris - hope you had a good workout! I sure wish my ugly old dishwasher would break so I could get a new one LOL

Debbie - looking forward to your check in since I'll be doing the same exercises tomorrow.

Heather-try taking just the regular claritin and see what that does or take the Claritin D first thing in the morning. If I take anything with the D in it I am wired all night. I can't do the 24 hr stuff at all.
 
Roxie - the regular Claritin doesn't really help. I need the D to get it dried up and keep it out of my chest. Does the D come in 12-hour? I sure wish it was like 8-hrs or something. It's like once you take it you better be committed! I'm really really hoping I don't end up needing to take it today. I already look like I've been run over.

Heather-I believe the D is a 12 hr medication and then they have a 24hr. I take Zyrtec because the Claritin didn't work for me either.
 
Today was the workout I did last Friday only in superset format. Had an excellent workout. Was full of energy this morning. I think I even see some definition in my abs this morning. :eek:

Each superset was 2 sets/15 reps each with a 2 minute rest between each superset.

Weight Bench Tricep Dips - 60# (up 5#)
ss w/
Barbell Shrugs - 100# (up 5#)
***Good superset. My triceps are still very sore from Wednesday's workout so the first set of dips was a killer. Shrugs felt great, I love that exercise.

Leg Extensions - 80# (up 5#)
ss w/
Lateral Raise - 12's (up 2#)
***Kind of a boring superset but really felt the leg extensions. Went really slow with the downward movement.

Bent-Over Flyes - 17's (up 2#)
ss w/
Decline Flyes - 22's (stayed the same)
***Kept 22's for my flyes because this exercise irritated my right shoulder last week. It feels good today, though.

ABS
Oxygen Triset Ab Workout:
Hanging Knee Raise
Bench V-ups
Reverse Bench Crunch

***Did all exercises in a row with 15 reps, 1 minute rest, 12 reps, 1 minute rest, 10 reps, 1 minute rest. Love this tri-set workout. I always feel it.

Belinda - It sounds like your blood sugar took a nose dive. You might want to eat a banana before your cardio. But at least 45 minutes before. That may help. Hope you are feeling better!

Happy Friday everyone, we made to another Friday:eek: I noticed that almost everyone has checked in. I'm impressed with the amazing workouts you all have done today. I also noticed that some of you haven't felt well, please take care of yourselves, rest, make sure your eating properly and be safe;).

Here's today's workout:

P90X Legs & Back= 59 Min
Calories burned= 483

P90X Ab RipperX= 16 min
Calories burned= 98

Legs & Glutes= Floor work only premix= 11 Minutes
Calories burned= 60

I had a great workout today and feel great! I've improved to doing chair assisted pull ups/ chin ups and will mix that up with using 40lb resistant band so that helps too. I use pushup stands to do push ups and that helps my wrists because in P90X there are lots and lots of push ups. So, if anyone else has weak wrists that hurt when you do push ups I'd recommend giving push up stands a try, I like them they really help me.

Today's workout I burned a total of 641 calories!:)

I just got home from work....
This morning I did MMA Fusion and I really enjoyed it. Great combos - I felt like a tough girl!
