I am done with D5
I am back from the PT appointment. I am getting 4 more weeks of PT, I am also getting anther MRI done. My back is getting much better, but I still can't turn or do twisting moves This is going on for to long!
Nora, wtg on P90X PlyometricsX yesterday. Trust me, my form got ugly by the 5th push up Great workout today.

Wendy, LOL, thank goodness I don't have mirrow in my workout room, I am sure my form isn't always the best Glad your DH spotted you the other day, makes a big difference! Congrats on finshing STS! What are you results? That's fantastic!
Debbie, your rotation looks like a lot of fun! As soon as my back is getting better. I will do your rotation. I will check out TS Cardio Kickbox Challenge after I am done posting. Glad you like it! Keep stretching! Something I need to do? BTW, how do you do the Abs Triset?
