I had a great workout today, it was fun not too bad for week 5 of P90X.
here's today's workout:
P90X Back & BicepsX=52 Min

Wide front Pull ups= Red bands/ 20 R
Lawnmowers= #25's/16 R
Twenty-Ones= #15's/21 R
One-Arm Cross Body Curls= #15's/14 R
Switch Grip Pull Ups= red bands/16 R
Elbows Out Lawnmowers= #25/12 R
Standing Bicep Curls= #15's/15 R
One-Arm Concentration Curls- Yikes those were hard! #15/ 8R
Corn Cob Pull ups= Red band/ 8R
Reverse Grip Bent-Over Rows= #20's/17 R
Open Arm Curls=#15's/ 10 R
Static Arm Curls= OMG! Tough! #12's/25 R
Towel Pull Ups= Redbands and towel, but hard to grip towel (MS righthand thing) 20 R
Congdon Locomotives= #15's/ 40R
Crouching Cohen Curls= #12's/25R
One-Arm Corkscrew Curls= #15's/15 R might go 2lbs heavier next time.
Chin Ups= Red band/ 20R
Seated Bent Over flys= #15's/15 R

Seriously this ab work is killer and man do I get doms the next day, its a keeper!
Belinda- Awesome job on PLB/PUB full body workout premix that is a great total body workout!
Debbie- Nice workout today, as always! I did bands today as well with the pullups and chin ups and I do feel a burn with those.

Roxie- Have fun with CTX All Step, I really like CTX its a great one when you arent sure what to do and need a great workout clocked in around 1hour in length. I've been exploring all the workouts on it as well. Enjoy your workout today!

Remember not every day is a stellar workout day sometimes just showing up and getting it done is plenty. I know I have plenty of those days and right there with ya.
Heather- Have fun at Spin class and PUB if you get than in too~ I bow to you! I've only previewed Circuit Blast, Athletic Step, and Step Moves so far, but they look awesome! I wanted to do one tonight but got a super late start on my workout so maybe tomorrow.
