Mammogram went good. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. I should get my results by Monday.

Today was P90X Back & Biceps. Had a pretty good workout. I didn't do one pullup, just cannot do anymore. I used my bands for all the pullups/chinups and still got a great burn with them. Upped my weights a bit on some exercises.

Wide Front Pullups - 15/All bands

Lawnmowers (One arm rows) - 37#/10 reps (upped these 2#)

Twenty-Ones - 17's/21 reps
***Last week my form sucked on these so I lowered the weight 3#.

Cross-Body Curls - 20's/10 reps (up 5#)
***Good weight here, really felt it.

Switch Grip Pullups - Not sure, lost count/all bands
***I did 3 reps overhand, 3 reps underhand. Lost count because Bear was eating styrofoam.

Elbows-Out Lawnmowers - 30#/10 reps (up 2 reps)

Standing Biceps Curls - 22's/10 reps (up 2#)

One-Arm Concentration Curls - 22#/9 reps
***I did this like normal concentration curls. I don't like the way Tony does them.

Corn Cob Pullups - 10 reps/all Bands
***Pulled the band down, moved it to the right and then to the left and went back up with it. Got a great burn.

Reverse Grip Bent-Over Row - 22's/10 reps (up 2#)

Open Arm Curls - 17's/10 reps
***These burn like a mother.

Static Arm Curls - 15's/16 reps (up 3#)
***Good weight for this.

1 minute rest

Towel Pullups - 16 reps/all Bands
***Looped towels in each handle of the bands and alternated holding onto the towel and pulling towards me. Did 3 pulls on each side then switched.

Congdon Locomotives - 20's/40 reps (up 10 reps)
***These are bent over alternating rows. You just keep alternating rows for 40 reps.

Stability Ball Incline Curls - 22's/10 reps
***These were suppose to be those Crouching Cohen Curls, those hurt my back so I subbed this exercise.

One-Arm Corkscrew Curls - 20's/10 reps
***These are alternating dumbbell curls but you start with your palms behind you, then you corkscrew the curl up. I liked these.

Chinups - 15 reps/all Bands

Seated Bent-Over Back Flyes - 17's/15 reps

Curl-up/Hammer Downs - 17's/12 reps (up 2 reps)

Hammer Curls - 20's/8 reps (up 3#)
***Good weights here, biceps were burning.

Max Rep Pullups - 4 sets of 3/all Bands
***He said to pick whatever pullup/chinups we wanted to do. I chose the Towel Pullups.

Supermans - Skipped
***Just didn't feel like doing these today.

In-Out Hammer Curls - 17's/8-3 reps
***Really felt these. You do a standard hammer, then one out to the side. Great burn here.

Strip-Set Curls - 25's/20's/17's/15's - 8 reps each
***Excellent weights here. Really worked for each set.

Hi ladies. Today will likely be spin after work. I may do the PUB workout before class. Feel like I am not really working the weights as hard when I do PUB and feel like it should be done twice a week. Definitely time to get back on a schedule.

Nora - With the Shock Cardio, definitely preview all of them. There are a couple of moves in the Cardio Core Circuit that you may even want to practice (wish I would have). I haven't had a chance to look at the kickboxing or boxing ones yet. The Hiit looks to have a lot of the same exercises as plyo legs and pretty high impact. Can't wait to hear your thoughts.

Belinda - good job with PUB/PLB premix! Yep, you're probably going to have to hold off on the Shock Cardio until your back is better :-(

Debbie - glad to hear that the mammogram wasn't quite as bad as anticipated!

Roxie - hope you enjoy your step tonight.

Roxie - I haven't worked my abs in over 2 weeks! :eek: I already have a plan to do them at least twice a week when I start my new rotation. So next week I'll get them done!

Heather, I agree those moves in Cardio Core Circuit are tough:rolleyes: there is no way I can do those moves right now. Enjoy your spin class and PUB later today.

Belinda - I'm doing the one by Chad Waterbury, it's sort of like STS but freeform. I love it, I've done it several times and have had great muscle building results from it. Is this what you want me to email to you?

It's an 8 week rotation. And I won't send you whatever I have, if you only knew how many rotations I have, your head would spin! LOL! :D

One ? , do you have a 3 full body/ 3 cardio rotation? I am losing a lot of inches with 3 full body workout rotation! Thanks in advance! That would be fun doing a rotation with you again:D of course, I wouldn't be lifting that heavy like you. Thanks!

I'll check and see. Actually, this rotation is 3 full body workouts and 3 cardio. I'll send it and you can let me know if you would like to try it.

I did All Step and it wasn't the greatest workout I have had but I told you girls I would attempt it and I did.

Stats:

28 in the zone
141 min hr
177 max hr
288 cals burned.

This included ab work and a stretch. The last intervals and combo really confused me, I was having enough trouble with the rock hop on the first combo.

Debbie- Nice workout today, as always! I did bands today as well with the pullups and chin ups and I do feel a burn with those. ;):)

Roxie- Have fun with CTX All Step, I really like CTX its a great one when you arent sure what to do and need a great workout clocked in around 1hour in length. I've been exploring all the workouts on it as well. Enjoy your workout today!;) Remember not every day is a stellar workout day sometimes just showing up and getting it done is plenty. I know I have plenty of those days and right there with ya.;)

Heather- Have fun at Spin class and PUB if you get than in too~ I bow to you! I've only previewed Circuit Blast, Athletic Step, and Step Moves so far, but they look awesome! I wanted to do one tonight but got a super late start on my workout so maybe tomorrow.:eek:;)
