Well, its almost the end of the work week for many of you, hang in there.

Once again I have to apologize that I have no time for personals. Tonight is Oregon's Civil War game which is on right now. They are big collage rivals and both fun to watch. I live between Corvallis, (OSU) and (U of O) which is in Eugene. So, needless to say its mandatory to watch the game on TV since its on right now. I like both teams, I say Go Beavs! Go Ducks!!! I hope its going to be a great game and fun to watch!
Here's today's workout: Grand total of calories burned from both workouts completed= 795!

Not as big as yesterday but still good, for me.
Body Max 2- Double Upper Body Weights doing only 1X not Double and do the abs, and stretch= 37 Minutes
Calories burned= 303
nice workout. I'm glad I tried this premix, I like it!
P90X Shoulders and Arms= 60 Min Approx.
Calories burned= 492
I have to admit I don't care for the first DVD of P90X (the push up, pull up, and chin up one).
I did love yesterday's Plyo X, it rocks and this Shoulders and Arms workout was much better than the first DVD. Its still not as thorough as Cathe or Cathe's STS, but its a keeper so far. I'm glad I have it to shake things up a bit. Hubby hasn't had time yet to start P90X.
