Hi girls!
I'm back for personals. I'm sort of feeling like I need to rest because of the pain I've been battling, and tomorrow I have bills to pay and errands to run to accomplish that. I think I might have to call December's rotation done for me. I feel like a quiter but I need to rest definitely tomorrow and I don't know given my MS issues of late if I can jump back in Saturday with Body Max 2, I love Body Max 2, its a fave but not sure if I'm going to be up to it. Oh well. I did get all three of KCM's new workouts 30 min to Fitness: Step Boxing, Start Here ( for recovery week and soreness), and Your Best Body. I kind of antsy to try those out starting Monday, so I'll likely kind of freelance it with no rotation. I'm totally loving the looks of Les Mills Pump from beachbody, that looks awesome and is low or no impact and the music is huge with the fun factor. I so want to get that one.
Roxie- Yay! for you doing LIS SLide and Glide today. I hear ya on all those burpees and variation of pushups, I can't do all of the reps with cathe and crew either. So, I do what I can on that given day. It usually kills my wrists so that's an issue. I gotta say Pikes with the discs is way easier than on the ball I guess its easier on my balance. Yes the ab work is nice mixed in the workout so you get it with out a separate ab section. Its nice and I like the lower impact. Great job today on S&G!!! WTG!!!

Belinda- Nice job on your killer iTread 2 60 min five mile run!!! WTG girlfriend that is awesome. I envy you right now I could not run two miles right now. I have trouble walking because of balance issues and running I don't think I could handle the impact and back pain. I do want to get back to being able to run on my TM but right now it seems like its something to aspire too. Awesome job on your workout today ^^^5's

Chris- Congrats on getting Slide and Glide done today, even the express is a great workout, so you can't go wrong and get alot of workout with a punch or should I say gliding disc,

Wow, where did you get such a killer deal on KCM's TLC, I have that one and warning.... Its addictive and I love it its a great workout and so much fun to do, love it! I'm sure you'll love it too and the premixes are super as well. No doubt your still sporting DOMS from Total body trisets- total body premix. I'm still stunned you did that, wow and I didn't even notice that on the premixes. I guess I've been preoccupied lately, sorry about that. Great job today!!!

Debbie- Wow, on your workout today STS Shoulders Biceps and Triceps! I mean the weights you use are incredible I so want to be able to do that. Your awesome and such a great inspiration, you go girlfriend!!!! ^^^5's
