Today is a rest day, but DH wants to go for a bike ride:rolleyes:

DH and I went to brunch this morning;) After b-fast we went on a bike ride. We went for over an hour, that was fun.

Good Morning,

I am going to do Slim and Limber then spend the day resting, and then watch the first pre-season nfl game.
 
This morning I banged out B&G's and the stability ball abs. Boy was I making some funny faces on some of those ab moves! lol Now my lower body is screaming at me. DH and I have alot of house cleaning to do - maybe we will do that today. Or, maybe we will go swimming instead. (hate to think its going to be even hotter outside today - in the 90's - hate it)

Hey girls! Sorry this will be short- try to check in with personals later. I did S&H triceps and then PH triceps, plus Core Max 1. Um, what levitation holds! I didn't do any! :mad:

It's nice to be here on a Sunday morning!

We did go to the Rail Trail in Northampton yesterday, and biked for 2+ hours! It really really was a fun, cool ride, it had 2 bridges over the river and lots of country. We found a natural/fresh food store to stop at for snacks and sat and looked out over the fields and at the mountains. My butt was talking to me though, towards the end. (hard seat).

I kind of blew it for the calorie burn though. We ended up going to an Italian/Pizza place on the way home. VERY yummy food. I did "try" and ordered a Pesto Chicken Salad w/Balsamic Vinegar for dressing, but I ended up picking at the boys' pizza and fried fish. And then came home and continued eating "crap". I just figured it was part of vacation, and I didn't want to stress about food. As the saying goes, "I'll start back to eating good on Monday"!!!

In the meantime, I could say that I did today's bike ride yesterday along with ME and got my 2 workouts in, but I feel the need to do some cardio and burn off some ick that I ate yesterday. I looked ahead at AUG rotation , and there's not much on there for step, really. So I'm planning on the Cardio Timesaver from BM2.

Belinda: I'm really loving biking lately. It's a fun "workout" (I can't even consider it a workout though!).

Roxie: Let us know how Slim and Limber goes and what it is! ... Oh? Pre season NFL starts today?? I didn't know... I'll have to check it out!

Karen: :eek: on B&G!!! Love that workout!!

Patti: Your tricep work sounds tough today... Looking forward to hearing how your new rotation goes... VERY cool on the scale being down. I think I "Found" the pounds you lost though! LOL!. I'm back tomorrow for sure though!

Nora: Yes! I'm loving the AUG rotation too. It's tough, but fun , in a tough kind of way..LOL!!

Did Slim and Limber which is a great stretch workout and then DH and I went for our Sunday walk. It is miserably hot outside and muggy but this time we saw turkeys and a young buck deer.

Forgot to mention for all you jillian michaels fans if you go to exercise tv they have a 30 day routine using her 3 workouts 30 day shred NMTZ BFBM.
 
Hi ladies. Ended up not being able to go to the lake. Looked like rain this morning and my sister was really sick. So...DH and I went for a long walk (ankle still not right) and I did shoulders from S&H and also did floor work from B&G. Very unhappy with not being able to do any calorie burners. We walked for about an hour near the river and I only managed to burn 180 calories.

DB front raises - 8's for all 3 rounds
DB side raises - 8's for all 3 rounds
Posterior delt raises - 8's all 3 rounds
Seated overhead press - 15's for 2 rounds (for some reason she only does 2 sets on this one so I added on a 3rd using 12's)
External lying rotation - 5 for 1st round 3 for 2nd

I did not do the PH add on b/c I was getting hungry and ready to just be done.

I had to work today and then I did a couple of errands.
I didn't do abs from ME the other day, so I think I'll do pilates and a SM today. Looking forward to it.
