Chris - I am glad you had a great run!!! I'm jealous especially today. I was really hoping my ankle might loosen up throughout the day. That's just not happening. There is no way I am going to do anything other than abs today. I wish I had an ankle bandage, all I ever needed were knee wraps/braces/etc.
I must say that I am feeling extremely down today b/c I know I can't exercise. I think exercise has to be addicting - the endorphins. I'm sure it's just a strain. I can't imagine a broken toe!

I had an AWESOME endorphin flying run at the park! So glad I did it! Something about running puts me in the best mood... I thought it might be too hot, but it was great, cool in the shaded areas, with a nice breeze in between the sunny hot spots. I did a few hills and the duck pond steps a few times. Good stuff! ..
Heather: You really should rest your ankle today. I do know how hard it is. I broke my toe last Fall and went bezerk trying to find workouts I could do. I was desperate! But if it's not swollen or red , it's probably just sprained/strained. You should RICE it (Rest, Ice, Compress or wrap it, and Elevate it).
