Good morning,

I will do cardio today and abs:mad:. What's wrong with me??:mad: need to work those abs!

I don't think I ever posted my workouts yesterday? I did D10, walked for 30 min and did JM30Day shred.

I will be back to report my workout and personals.

No total body workout for me today. I still have a slight pinch back in my shoulder blade area. I don't want to risk it pulling again so I'll just have to wait on the weight training a bit more. :(

I did worked my abs first. Need to do them first, otherwise I will skip them. Need to get better at this.:rolleyes:

As I said, I did AC" Stability ball abs first" than I did Hiit 40/20 followed by JM 30 Day shred. I also walked my dogs this morning.

I am so confused, I am writing/counting all my calories for the last 2 weeks. Do I eat my excerice calories or should I stay in my cal range? I am logging all my cal into Myfitnesspal.com. I should be losing weight, but I am not? I am so frustrated...I am working out hard.

Belinda-myfitnesspal is set up for you to eat at least half if not all of your exercise cals. There is a sticky explaining the system.

Met Value= 7.0
Calories burned= 239

PeakFit Challenge- Pure Cardio= 54 Min
Met Value= 8.50
Calories burned= 627

Chalean Extreme- Extreme Core Circuit= 12 Min
Met Value= 5.0
Calories burned= 82

Total calories burned= 948:cool:

Debbie- No worries on not workingout, its better to ease off and rest a sore or injured muscle than to push it and make it worse. Enjoy the rest and I hope your muscle tightness goes away soon.;)

Belinda- Excellent workout yesterday BTW! Wow and really great mix with workouts today as well, WTG girlfriend!;)
