How is the resistance band part though? Do you find it effective? I'm just curious. I have my bands and take them with me on vacation, but don't really think I use them very well. I just know a few basic things to do with them I suppose (like firewalkers).

Belinda-I am doing a rotation with Slim in 6 and I have to do this workout 6 days a week for 2 weeks trust me I don't like it. Its a mixture of cardio and resistance band training and there is ab work at the end.

It is only upper body and she forgets to do 8 reps on one side. I can't wait for the new sts travel workout I think that will help.
 
Ok, did SH legs this evening with the PH add on, but not floor work (did that the other day anyway and legs sore from walking incline).

Front lunges - 10's (will do 15's next time)
Barbell squats - 50/60/60
Reverse lunges - 15's
Barbell static lunges - 50/50
Side lunges - 20
Plie squats - 50 all 3 rounds
DB calf raises - 25's/30's

PH squats - 40
lunges - 15's for all

Debbie, Leg work is my favorite part of STS and of course the Abs. So what do you think thus far of what you've done? Did you get the STS Ab Circuits? I love the variety of the ab circuits, my faves are weights and plates, medicine ball abs (non partner ones), and no equipment abs. I'm glad your experiencing STS Strength for yourself, IMO its a keeper!;)

HRM= 135,148,150,152,156,158,153,152= with the exception of the 135 bpm on warmup whichis 75% MHR. The rest are in the 80% to 88% of my Max Heart rate. In the zone for 19 minutes. Below for 6 minutes.

GS-Chest and TRi's=48 minutes
Calories burned = 393
Cathe does me in with those dropset pushups right off the bat & kills my wrists, and then I know I'm in for it. She always gets me good! Oh well, that's why we love Cathe.

Just couldn't do that workout again and it was late so I did basic step just to get a workout and some cardio. I am thinking about ordering KCMs new 30 min workouts.

Hi ladies -

Worked today - was late getting home. My family is home now, too! So nice!
I did GS Chest & Tris, and because I know I have a busy day tomorrow (work, visiting my mom, and a dentist appt) I went ahead and did some cardio, too. I wasn't sure what was on the list, but I did CC3. Between the 2 workouts, it took about 90 min and I burned 493 cals.
