Jillian Michaels iFit Lose Wt. Level 2 Program 2. I did make a mistake and zeroed out my stats after ten minutes into the workout and had to start over from the beginning.
Time= 38 minutes
Calories burned= 467
Distance= 2.90 Miles
I was only able to take 3 bpm readings, Jillian is tough!
Warmup= 99-112 BPM 50% to 60% MHR
near end 151 BPM 83% of MHR
Cool down= 126 70% of MHR

Maximum Intensity Cardio warmup and Hi/Low only= 38 minutes
Calories burned= 467

Butts and Guts= Core workout only on floor= 14 minutes
Calories burned= 76
