Cranberry Bread

I just tried out a recipe from eatbetteramerica.com that is awesome. It is a healthified cranberry nut bread. I made a few modifications such as using all whole wheat flour, honey, applesauce, and adding a scoop of vanilla whey protein. It turned out great. I did not add the nuts, but it would be good that way too. Nice tangy flavor from the cranberries. Extra protein from the whey powder. Makes two loaves too.
