Correct form for Deadlifts

Hi Cathe,

I am new to your workouts, and I am enjoying them very much. My results have been so awesome that you are definately my new favorite instructor. I particularly appreciate your form pointers. But I have a question about deadlifts.

In your Pure Strength series, your instruction is to not stand completely upright when pulling back up in the deadlift. But in the Intensity series (Cardio & Weights, ME and PLB, for example), you and your crew seem to stand completely upright when coming back up. I've been doing them the way they're shown in the Intensity series. But, which form is correct?

Thank you, Cathe, for your response. BTW, I've read enough to know that this forum has a lot of educated people on it. Therefore, if anyone else knows the answer to my question, I would certainly appreciate your response, as well.
