Core work in Bootcamp

Does anyone do the core only premix in Bootcamp, perhaps following another workout? Do you find you have to take breaks between each section? I haven't actually done Bootcamp yet as I've been keeping cardio and weights separate (trying to concentrate on heavy weights, and loving Push Pull at the moment). The core work in Bootcamp looks really good though.:)
 
I tack just the core work on to other workouts, too. It's a great addition and has a lot of variety. I don't find that I need to take breaks in between sections - you get a brief break anyway in between sections. After a while, you'll remember what comes next and be able to get in the right position or get the right dumbbell/ball.

This core work done in it's entireity is a burner. My core is soooo sore for days, but the nice thing about it is the exercise changes frequently and you don't get bored! I hate working my core!!!gotta do with breaking my back years ago, ugghhh!
