Hey Cathe, I caught just the last few minutes of your workout this morning, and saw the core stabilization work. It looks GREAT! Do you use those sorts of core exercises in the Cross Train Express as well?? Hope so! I love the one where you sit in a V with a grip under your legs, then leg your legs go, extend them, and finally extend your arms as well, all while balancing on your rear. Gives me lots of levels of strength to work through. I am really learning to LOVE core stabilization stuff and am hoping to see quite a bit of it on your tapes! You are always up on the latest innovations and trends! -susan p
