I am so excited about my progress with my third attempt at this workout. In particular, there's a floor move where you're on your back and you have the medicine ball over your head. You have to crunch up bringing the ball across diagonally. The first time I tried it I couldn't hardly get my shoulders off the floor, the second time I got nothing more than a tiny little crunch. But the other night I was able to do the complete move - over and over again. I was so shocked I wish someone had been filming me so I could see the expression on my face. I still can't believe how far I've come in three tries. There are a number of moves I can still barely do but I am so jazzed about this one triumph. This stuff really works. Thanks, Cathe.
