Okay, I just did CM-2 last night for the first time.  Does anyone else have huge balance problems when your hands are on the floor and your shins/feet are on the ball doing the pull ins and the pikes.  I seriously took a tumble last night trying to do the pikes.  It was really funny, but I need to be careful and not do that again 
.  Any tricks to this or just practice????  I am excited to try this segment more and master it.
