Core Max in Glamour Magazine

Hi Cathe,

I hope your MRI goes well Friday. I know how frustrating injuries can be and I hope you are able to relax this weekend and enjoy your family.

I wanted to let you know that Core Max was listed as the "best all-around ab video" in April's Glamour Magazine (page 149) and I must admit that I agree with the editors!

I also wanted to thank you for consistently producing challenging workouts.
I remember purchasing Step Max when it first came out and being blown away. No one can compare to you and I want to thank you for your dedication to us.

Jessica

I was just reading Glamour last night too and was so excited to see the mention.

I love, love Core Max!

Congrats Cathe! and good luck today.

I must admit, the first few times I did Core Max, I was underwhelmed. I thought - hmm, the 7 min. ab segments from some of her other workouts are tougher than these. Hah! The stronger the core gets, the harder these exercises become. I did Core Max 3 (stability ball and med ball) the other day and and experienced DOMS in my obliques like mad! I think Core Max workout 1 focuses a bit more on the lower abs, Core Max workout 2 puts emphasis on the upper abs, and Core Max 3 really works the obliques like no other. I am soooooooo happy I didn't eschew Core Max for other workouts. This DVD rocks and it DOES make the abs stronger! (Example: I tried PUB abs the other day and did all the pikes with virtually no trouble!!!)

Thank you for this one, Cathe!!!:) :) :)

I agree Jillybean. I've been doing CM for almost a year and I still get DOMS from this DVD. I did CM#1 just last week and thought...wow, that got in there good!}( I have to say I've seen the best results with this DVD.

Thank you Cathe!:)

Oh yeah, congratulations too! And good luck today!

This is great news indeed! It's wonderful to see others agree with what we've always thought. :)

Now if I can only figure out how to do those levitation holds.... :7

It helps me to put the step top on the floor (the 4" top of the full step) and do the levitation holds that way. My legs hang off the end in Indian-style position, my hands are on the step and I can lift my body more easily that way.

Thank you so much Jessica and Everyone! Wow, what an honor to be selected. I actually wasn't aware that they were doing this so thank you for letting me know or I would have missed it :7
