Morning!
So far today I have done BBC Fat Blaster Lower Body. Wanted to get to the gym tonight for a leg workout, but DH wants to go see a movie. He gets in these moods where he needs to see a movie on the Big Screen. We have not been to a movie in a couple of months, so he might be going through withdrawls!
It's ok though, because the move he wants to see is one that I would like to see too! Inkheart, and of course if it has Brandon Fraser in it I will go see it!
LOL! I'm thinking that I should nix the gym and just do B&G at home before we go out!
Patrica, So happy to hear that your DS is comfortable with the swimming. He will have lots of fun with it. I wanted to do some type of cardio in the mornings, and I just happened to have these BBC workouts sitting around. Funny how when you do a cleaning you refind things. It does have it's own rotation (which isn't very hard), and I though it would compliment my weight workouts in the evenings. Basically the cardio is plyo, and then they use the tubing for the "weight" type workouts. So next week, when I have time, I will add in some of the Mission Specialist workouts that he includes on these DVD's. Those workouts are only 12 min each. Hope you start feeling better soon.
Kim, Here is one comment that DD's resource teacher (we used to call them special ed in my day
) said to her, after she came to her about not getting graded on a paper she had handed in, "Oh well, at least you won't have to deal with that teacher next semester." (the school psycologist was shocked at the comment
) She has also told DD that she should drop a class because she wasn't doing very well in it. I think to proove this teacher wrong, DD is probably going to pass the class. DD and this teacher have not formed a connection since the beginning of school, so DH and I forced the school to give her a new teacher. Sorry to say I don't watch ER anymore.
