cooking greens in the pressure cooker.....

I know I saw someone post a recipe for this a few days ago and can't find it to save my life. Of course now I've bought the greens and "found" my pressure cooker. It hasn't been used in AGES so I dug it out of storage just for this recipe.

I did a search with no results.

Does anyone remember this? I think it was a link someone posted to a website with the recipe.

Many thanks!:D

I didn't post this orignially, but this is the recipe I use:

Collard Greens

1 large bunch of collard greens (64 oz. cut and washed)
3 c. low-sodium chicken broth or homemade chicken stock without meat
2 medium onions, chopped
3 whole garlic cloves, crushed
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. black pepper

Wash and cut greens.
Mix greens in large stock pot together with the remaining ingredients.
Cook until tender. (Allow flavors to blend by preparing the dish early in the day. (The longer it blends the better it tastes!)

I got this from a website(I don't remember which site) a while back, and it turned out great!

Greens cook so quickly, why would you need to prep them in a pressure cooker? They's pretty much almost be cooked by the time it got up to pressure.
