Considering STS

I'm considering getting the STS series. I was wondering what equipment you all felt was an absolute must for the program. I have dumbells, club step(8 risers total), bands, and a barbell.

I'm wondering if I should get a couple more flat risers and the slanted risers. I'm also wondering what your thoughts are about the Turbo Tower and weighted vest.

I have done the STS rotation 3 times and it is well worth the money. I have dumbells from 3 lbs to 25 lbs. My barbell goes to 50 pounds. I have the turbo tower and I use that instead of a weight bench for holding the barbell. I have a ball plus a weight bench that slants. You can do a few of the exercises on the slanted bench instead of the ball. Some of the exercises do require a ball. I don't have a weighted vest. Alot of people will make do with what they have and then add on as they feel is needed. I would say to atleast get a ball. Good Luck. I know you will enjoy it. Make sure to do your 1rm's before starting.
