Cathe, it was so great to see you teaching again! Had a great time "peeking" in on your class and wishing I was there!

It looked like it was a great kick-boxing class with lots of Plyos thrown in. We were discussing this over at VF and thinking what a great tape this would make. (We all can not wait until your next tapes!) So naturally the first thing that popped into my mind was the name "PlyoKick". Would be a great name for a killer workout! Others told me to pass it on to you as a suggestion. So here it is.

Even if that's not what is planned- just thought I would pass on the suggestion. Maybe someday.....

Glad you enjoyed watching the Cathe Cam today. I had a lot of fun getting reacquainted with everything and everyone today.

Thanks for the suggestion. We were actually spending a good portion of the weekend discussing future video ideas, titles, etc. So I stuck your title in the "idea pile".
