confused-- please help!

okay, went to the gym today and did many of the 1rm exercises... plugged a few in to see how it would work and the card printed out numbers for every exercise on disc one--- even though i only entered a few--- what's up with that?

how do we save the info we put in?

does the calculation automatically change when the range changes from 60% to 75% by disc?

the font is very small --- are you copying and pasting into word?

I can only answer one of your question. With someone suggestion I have been copying and pasting into words as it is much bigger. You can also add grids which makes it even better. Also I notice that some browsers make them bigger then the other for instance when I use Mozilla Firefox to print the workout card it is bigger but if I print from Internet Explorer it is much smaller. HTH:)
 
thinsgreat -- I had the same experience with it filling in numbers for me -- it made me wonder if the ones I entered were correct. I asked about this the other day but didn't see an answer. Hopefully someone from SNM will respond to this. I'm going to check mine out again -- I have a bunch more numbers to enter.

On the card you have to look at the column that says "target weight". Is this where you're seeing everything filled in?
