confused about workouts rotations

Cathlete
i want my legs to get smaller. is STS for me or should I create a rotation with B&G?
I was thinking of adding the floor workout only with abs after every workout in the STS rotation

I am just confuse if i should follow a rotation or just do what I feel my body needs.

I am on the 3rd week of STS, I was about to give up and do a B&G rotation. do B&G 3 times a week (full or premixes) and some cardio and only once a week a full body workouts

so like that I am focusing on what I want to fix on my body.

But so many of you had great results... I am so confuse

is it really beneficial to follow a rotation or do a workout i feel to do that day

i never was able to follow a rotation. 1st of all, I cannot workout more than 5 times a week and STS is 6 times. so I don't follow Monday, Tuesday workouts, I just follow Dics1, cardio, disc2, cardio etc

otherwise, i will never make it. and STS seems to really focus on upper body and instead of 2 days upper, i feel i should be doing lower.

so instead of giving up STS, I am thinking of adding 20 min floor leg workout everyday i workout

any suggestions?
thx

Can't help you much on the rotation question, but I know that I personally, have better results with B&G type workouts than with heavy weights for legs.

I like to use 20-30# for leg work, and I feel that gets me the leanest. Anything heavier than that bulks me up. I do like to throw in the occasional S&H leg workout just for a change of pace, but I don't do it with regularity. Just enough to give my body a kick from time to time.

So if you know what your body responds to, I say stick with that. But it's all trial and error.
