Confused about resting body parts after weights ...

Hi, since lockdown I’ve been doing Cathe on demand 6 days a week. A mixture of step boss, ICE, RWH, Fit Split, Kickboxing etc. I do some legs only workouts but tend to incorporate upper body in with a circuit class/ bootcamp.

My question is, nearly all the workouts I enjoy above include the use of weights so should I be having a day off in between all of these or is it only the total weight trg classes like STS or total body trusted (not those mixed with HiiT or cardio) that need the rest day in between for that body part?
