Hi Cathe!
I am new to your forum and am a fan of the workouts.I have been exercising off and on for years. I used to be really fit but I have let myself go. :-(
I weigh 189lbs and am a diabetic who would love to get off the medications someday.
Today is the day I change things for the better.
I have some questions that I cannot find the answers to.
1.Does kickboxing substitute for an arm workout? Would I not want to lift upper body weights the same day I do KPC or KM?
2.Is it true that when you lift weights that you can only BUILD muscle if you take in enough calories? If I'm on a 1800 cal plan will it not be as effective since my body burns 2000 cal a day. I had my metabolism measured with a body gem at a DR's office.
3. Can power yoga sustitute as a weight workout? If I did yoga and lifted weights would I not want to do the on consecutive days?
Thank you for your time and I amlooking forward to your new videos!!!
