We should probably have a new one of these each day, because it looks like they may get looooooooooooooong!

So far today, I'm good. But then again, it's only 10 a.m. The day is young!
 
Okay, after seeing the title of his post, I will eat nothing that has high fat content, sugar or white flour in it! I will not be victim to the unclean!
 
Its only 11:45 here and so far I have grabbed a few honey roasted cashews. Now I know the cashews are good for you but I know the sugar isn't. Can you guess which one is my favorite? Also, this is the only thing I have had to eat yet today. I just woke up after working a night shift.

I am famished this morning. I've just eaten some leftover honey-garlic roast chicken and steamed brocolli wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla, and want something more to eat. I had a banana before doing my w/o this morning. I'm thinking I should eat an apple, but am feeling too lazy to clean and chop it. I am being seduced by the cookies in the cupboard (no cleaning or chopping required), but for the sake of this thread, I will resist! I will go have an apple.

BTW, it's only 8:22am. This could be a long day.

Last night I went out to dinner with some friends, I got off to a good start with salad, water, then I ate a prime Rib about 8 ounces, and a small bake potato. We went to see Dave Attel, a comedian.

Later we went dancing, I had two glasses of wine. This morning, I feel guilty and I am tired, back to clean eating, oatmeal and berries for breakfast.

I will do Imax3 later in the day!

I am going to have to compile a list at the end of the day to avoid multiple postings so stay tuned. :9

I'm also having the urge to do some baking therapy. Uh-oh.

Let's see. 11am here. I've had a multi grain bagel w/ light cream cheese and then a 2 egg omelet a few hours later. Oh yeah and 2 cups of coffee w/ splenda and skim milk. Not bad but certainly won't earn a clean and fabulous award!

So far, so good, but it's early!!! Going to lunch with friends for Chinese and then to a matinee!!! I'm sure I will check in later!!
 
19:26hrs here. Been really good today, but I'm about to eat to chocolates. A friend gave me a box of chocolates for my birthday with only two dark chocolate ones. All others are milk chocolate. And I don't like milk chocolate So I'm gonna have those two and enjoy.

Exercising is so good to us but it opens a door to be hungry, which is a good hunger due to energy expendeture, the dilema comes when we want to eat what we like, I know that everything that contains these 3 ingredients at once are bad for us:
white flour, butter and sugar, those 3 together are evil from hell! no matter if after those ingredients comes fruits or whole grains, once those 3 evil ingredients stick together they are against us.
Let's try to stay away from them.

I think that because it is your birthday you are allowed to cheat! Have some guilt free milk chocolates, flavored choolates, whatever, and enjoy it! Just remember me on my birthday (because I will splurge) and give me the same grace that I have bestowed upon you!;-)

So far for me I have had:

Breakfast: Kashi Protein Cereal, Protein Bar and Watermelon
Drink: Propel and Green Tea
Snack: Protein Drink

Lunch: Egg Salad Sandwich on Lite Wheat Bread and more Watermelon
Drink: Propel

Snack: Yogurt

Dinner: Spaghetti with Low Carb Noodles and Salad

Well, I slept through breakfast and by the time I finished my workout it was time for lunch which was a chicken breast sandwich on whole wheat bread.

I'm going to my mothers house for a dinner of surf and turf and she said something about an amazing chocolate cake for dessert - EGADS! I think the food police are on my tail!

I forgot I signed up for this. I'll have to think twice now before eating dirty.

I just had about a 1/4 cup of chocolate chips. And they aren't even the good kind.
 
So far today has been good. I had whole wheat cereal for breakfast with some skim milk. Then a banana for snack. It is past lunchtime but not sure what I will have. I am worried as I am going out with friends onight and I want to be good. But sometimes I cant resist temptation. I don't usually do too bad, maybe just a few biites of something a lil bad :)

I though that this was totally cool! I have to tell you guys! My son, who is 5, was asking about breakfast. I told him I would make whatever he wanted, including choco chip pancakes. You know what he wanted? Kashi Go Lean. And he ate all of it! Mama is so proud of her boy! It is great that he is growing on food that is good for him! Now if only DH could follow son's example....
 
All right, my day did NOT continue well after the 10 a.m. check in above. I ate a raisin biscuit and a chocolate chip cookie at my sister's (home of the perpetually unclean pantry/fridge:p ). The rest of the day has been great though. It's amazing what you WON'T put in your mouth when you know you have to report it here and risk being shunned (okay, that was a bit melodramatic).

And Dutchie, I think there's a special dispensation for birthdays, so go ahead and eat your chocolates and enjoy!
 
Did pretty well all day until we had to go to my MIL for a birthday supper for my SIL and FIL and cousin in law. There was nothing all that healthy to choose from. I ate small portions of some orange fluff, a few chips, baked beans, a deviled egg (just the half) and a small hamburger (no bun). Then of course the cake, small piece of white cake with chocolate icing. That was the whole menu, so I couldn't fill up on veggies or fruit since there was none. What would you guys do in this situation?

I AM THE WINNER!!!! LOL.....IT IS THAT TIME OF THE MONTH FOR ME, SO I HAVE SOME EXCUSE.......

Well, last night I had a small strawberry cheesecake blizzard from Dairy Queen. I've been pretty good today, though. Although my kids and their friends are busy in the kitchen right now making chocolate chip cookies!!! {{GULP!}}
