ooh I gotta chime in again. For dinner we had Domino's and the cinnamon sticks. Plus we had a glass of wine. Is that unclean enough? Boy it was yummy though. Every once in a while you need that kind of day

Oh dear ladies...where do I start! x(

Yesterday (the 30th) was my B'day so I paid NO attention to my diet...}(

Breakfast: onion bagel with butter

Lunch: cheeseburger & french fries

Dinner: Pizza

Dessert: Heath Bar Crunch Pie

So are you all ready to throw up now!? LMAO!:7

And to top it off...I DID NOT EXERCISE! AAAAAHHHHH! }( }(

In addition to meals, which are generally pretty clean, the dirty stuff was:

3 Maryjanes
1 Hershey's Dark Chocolate Nugget w/almonds
2 handfuls of Froot Loops
1 cup of ice cream (a local company's flavor in honor of the Red Sox)
and then the straw....

my DH came home from grocery shopping with a bag of dark chocolate M&Ms with PEANUTS. I'll leave the rest up to your imagination.

oooh! The way I've been eating lately, I'll be a regular on the "unclean" threads.

I had 3 cookies yesterday. BUT - in my own defense, I ran a 10K in pouring rain then went home and cleaned house for 3 hours. I deserved those *&^!@ cookies!}(
