Computer ?: Any "Computer Mavens" on tonite?

hi ec!

well, got a computer question..that i was hoping maybe somebody could help me out with.

my son is playing a pc game, and his computer screen, for some reason, isn't 'showing the game,like a full tv screen' like it used to. it has kind of like an 'internet explorer top strip' with just the name of the game and the minimize, maximine and "x" close bar. with a menu little square at the bottom. we can't figure out how to get rid of it, so he can just see the game on the whole screen.

i'm figuring that there's probably an easy remedy to this problem, but since i'm so darn computer challenged/illiterate..i don't know what it is!

your assistance would be greatly appreciated..and my son will give you a hoop and a holler, too!

Without actually seeing the game, this will be hard to answer. However, have you clicked on the menu square? Sometimes this will take you to options like "full screen"

This seems too easy, but sometimes fixes glitches. Try restarting the computer. Let us know.

hmmm...my son said he tried the menu square, but it didn't provide anything to help the situation. he also tried restarting the computer, no go....

Check your display settings.
May be set too small.Games are meant to be run at certain settings.
It may tell you .
This may correct it.
I think most games need larger font settings.

Try going to View - Full Screen. Or hit F11.
