Hi,
I am continuing an endurance rotation, but getting a little tired of doing LL twice a week. I was thinking about subbing the Firm's Standing Legs once a week. Any opinions on how this would jive with LL? I am assuming it is an endurance workout because of the Firm's speed. It would also be nice to do a barbell-optional workout (which I think this one is).
