Okay, so.......
I've been thinking all day about how to tackle all those 1RM tests I've now got on my to do list and had an idea that all of us in the CatheNation would be thrilled with, I think. What if you made August's rotation, or a portion of the rotation, a way to calculate our 1RM for the majority of the exercises?? There are so many to do, I'd like to figure out a way to just make them my workouts for a while, but the organizing of such a thing makes my brain tired... How's your's doing lately? If this doesn't work for you, I understand, but I thought I'd throw it out there!
